Hi, so I took a moment to gather my thoughts on what i wanted to do this time around. and I always wanted to do a more skin details, etc., so I figured let’s start small; so Pastry was born.

Strudel Brows. So an anon asked me to release these brows from this edit i did and i figure it couldn’t hurt so i threw them in the mix. There are 5 swatches.

Choux Moles. Just a little set of moles i put together. I figure there are never enough moles so go crazy with them. There are 6 variations and 6 different package options + a merged file, pick your poison.

Huckleberry Nose Shine. Lastly, this nose shine is an edit of my old nose shine I did awhile ago that i found in my unreleased folder, so i dusted that off and threw it in,too.

REAL LIPS REVISITED - by amoebae

I really love these Realistic Lips by @simsontherope and always wished I could have more shades to match all the custom skintones I have installed. And so, with Rope’s generous permission, I’ve created a large set of additional tones. I recommend you go and also download Rope’s; mine will work without them but his are the original and the best!

What do you get:

RLR Neutral: 63 natural shades with both full and low opacity options (so 126 swatches across 2 packages)

RLR Pop: 42 brighter shades with both full and low opacity options (so 84 swatches across 2 packages)

All options can be found under lipsticks (L) and facepaint (F) (for maximum flexibility and layering potential), and are available for all ages and all genders.

Permission isn’t entirely mine to give, since even though I put a lot of time and energy into these I used Rope’s texture as the base. I’m happy for you to use this in your creations (credit, no pay sites, no adfly) but you must also seek permission from Rope.

Note: Due to the large amount of swatches in the neutral version, you might find some of them disappear out of view at the bottom of the screen. If this happens, try playing around with filter options to narrow down the number of items displayed. You can combine that with the More Columns in CAS mod to give you more space before you hit the bottom of the screen (I use the 4 column version).

Note 2: If the custom thumbnails aren’t showing up, please delete your localthumbcache.package.

The Sims Mod: More Club and Holiday Icons

You no longer have to be stuck with the limited set of icons provided with Get Together. I bring you a mod that adds a total of 230  more than 1,000 new icons for you to choose from, extracted from the base game, Get to Work, Outdoor Retreat and Spa Day. While a handful of them are similar to the icons already available, the vast majority are completely different.

I was originally going to wait until later before making this mod, but I made it earlier than intended because there was such a high demand for more club icons. It was a lot of work, since each icon requires its own 3D texture to be displayed above the Sim’s head. To get all icons done, I had to create a script in C# to automate the process.

Please note: this mod doesn’t add new swatches for club rewards.

22th June Update: I’ve recreated the mod from scratch, and this time it contains over 1,000 icons.

The original version used icons from the “Balloon” tuning files. This version uses all icons (from all tuning files) that contain “Headline” in the path. For those who don’t understand modder speak… basically it just means there’s a lot more than there were before.

This version also makes the icons available for holidays as well.

Brindleton Bay Grassland Overhaul - Default Replacement Grass

I really liked the texture chosen for the grass in Brindleton Bay. There was one issue though; it was overscaled and the green tone looked horrible. I generally don’t replace the grass textures in my game but I decided to make an exception here. I scaled the texture by half and brightened the green a bit to look a little more lush. The downside is the pattern repetition is a bit more obvious, but I am ok with that payoff. I was reminded I actually made this on tumblr, so i have double-checked everything is right and it is here for those that are interested.
