So The Other Day When I Was On The Way To Visit My Sister, Who Lives I A Neighboring City, I Saw A Flaming
So the other day when I was on the way to visit my sister, who lives I a neighboring city, I saw a flaming car on the side of the rode. There were flaming tracks behind it and everything. The fact that this was happening wasn't the interesting part. The interesting part was they the always find some excuse to close this road down, but didn't this time. Like someone gets pulled over for speeding, let's close it down. There's a dead raccoon in the middle of the road, let's close it down. There's a car on fire that might explode, might as well let people drive by. That's all, have a good day

Dude just stop climbing mount everest. just stop it. Wtf
I fucking love Egypt creations. I just found out that they made the first d20 (20 sided dice). Because not only does this mean they played an essential part in the creation of d&d but also the real life original Yu-Gi-Oh. like Yu-Gi-Oh is based off tarot, which was originally a playable EGYPTIAN game. love it.
my favorite thing about tumblr is that when you’re blocked the website doesnt just tell you you’re blocked it pretends it’s glitching like you look at the dashboard view of someone whose blocked you and it’s like oh huh there’s no posts here! strange! whoopsie! try and reblog one of their posts from their desktop page it gives you an error like oh man there’s some weird stuff going on and you can’t reblog this… probably our fault idk. who knows :/ it’s so funny like we all know we’re blocked but tumblr is in this situation our mutual friend who is like [unconvincingly] “whhhattttttt……… omg nooooooo of COURSE not….” when we ask if the other bitch secretly hates us.
August events!

I personally think more witches need to include nature/natural occurrences/natural behavior of animals in their studies.
I see people asking often if xyz is a sign, if an animals behavior is due to magical reasons, and 11 out of 10 times it’s just nature being nature. Just, natural behavior. No magical or mystical reason behind it at all.
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to see the magic in everyday life, I do it everyday as well. But there is a difference between observing the magic around us and thinking a cat is trying to perform a spell.
For me I think it’s important to have a grasp on these things, so as to avoid potentially falling into a delusional place. I’ve seen it happen to others, I’m sure I’ll continue to see it.
Even things that are natural are sometimes weird. But that still doesn’t mean that it is based in the mystical. Sometimes nature just be funky! And learning to identify natural occurrences, understanding the nature of things can really go a long way to helping you identify true magical occurrences. When you’re able to identify things as just being the natural order of things, it becomes so much easier to see actual signs, actual mystical events.
Certainly, understanding the natural world doesn’t need to be at the top of your study list, however I truly believe it should be on there somewhere! And you can focus your studies on things that are relevant to you/your area. If you have a pet cat, research natural cat behavior. If you frequent the forest, research the plants, the wildlife. What’s around? What should you expect? But also remember sometimes nature is funky, but that doesn’t mean it’s based on a mystical answer.
Just observe. Observe the world around you. Observe what happens often. Observe what happens occasionally. Observe what happens rarely. Observe what happened once for you. There is magic in everything around us, there is magic in what is natural. That doesn’t mean that things are mystical though. It doesn’t mean your dog is trying to do tarot or your cat is trying to summon something.
Learn the differences and you’ll find understanding magic and the mystic to be easier.
