Character Development

kenneth branagh: Loki is a manipulative liar, has a mental breakdown, proceeds to lay waste to a small town, commits patricide, then attempts genocide, tries to murder his brother, then falls from grace into the unknown. 

joss whedon: Loki returns and continues where he left off, He is the God of MISCHIEF LIES CHAOS and would absolutely murder and kill people for fun. He’s not playing around anymore. He’ll take the world Thor loves and he means to rule as a King as he believes he rightfully should.  

alan taylor:  Loki feels no remorse for his crimes, he laughs it off, he’s locked up and makes one small mistake that costs Frigga her life. He assists Thor in saving Asgard and the nine realms and is put on the path to redemption

taika waititi: Uh Amazing. Spring in his step, mischievous, DTF Jeff Goldblum, has had time to chill, would still sell his brother for one cornchip, but also doesn’t want him to leave, actual feelings rear their ugly head, redemption
