caustic breathes in fresh air for the first time in years
On nights when Caustic gets home later than usual, Zoey would be on the couch just watching something on her tablet, tank top and panties on, and he’d go get a long shower.
Shower’s done, he goes back downstairs, retrieve’s his wife and proceeds to carry her up to their bedroom and just... hold her close and huffs/grumbles. Zoey may have been surprised, she would already know he was just tired, irritated and flat out needy of her affection.
