About Me

Hi! My name is Minx, and I write things (as you can see).

✦basic info

≽My name is Minx and I’m from the United States, but I’m also a Canadian citizen (go Canada! 🇨🇦). I’m currently in my freshman year of college studying game design, and  next year I’ll be heading off to Canada to get a diploma in Game Programming!

≽I took a hiatus from this blog a long time ago, but ever since I was accepted into a network, I’ve felt obligated to start writing again. I have a YouTube channel as well, where I post my writing and other authors’ writings (with permission). 

≽I listen to a wide variety of music. Surprisingly, I don’t listen to BTS that often. Instead, I listen to Emotional Oranges, Rihanna, Troye Sivan, Susanne Sundfør, Fleet Foxes, and Purity Ring.

≽I’ve been a BTS fan ever since 2015, and it’s been an incredible five years with them. I was lucky to see them once in New Jersey (the tickets cost $1200!), and I’ll be seeing them one more time in D.C.

≽My bias is Yoongi. I relate to him a lot, and I feel connected to him on a personal level. My bias wrecker is Namjoon - fuck that man makes me question my sexuality.

✦interests

≽I love animals. I have a cat named Muffin and a dog named Rosie. I used to do horseback riding and had a special connection with a horse named Skip. He’s a grumpy boy but I love him anyways.

≽I have a lot of hobbies, but there’s only a few that I’m actually good at. I play a lot of video games. A lot. Seriously, I have 4000 hours on one of my games. I love to write, and even though it was personal at first, I decided to jump into the tumblr fan fiction scene, and here I am! I sing, edit videos, and program games in my spare time. 

≽My favorite games are Red Dead Redemption 2, The Last of Us, Horizon Zero Dawn, Shadow of the Colossus, and I have finally succumbed to the Animal Crossing mania.

✦health notice

I suffer from severe depression, anxiety, and agoraphobia. Sometimes I will go to the hospital in an emergency, for which I’ll be gone for about a week or more. Please understand that I put my health first, and if I need to take a break, I will.
