ohohoho there's so much Maul stuff I started..... Can't wait to actually finish and post some of it xD there's more fem maul coming, some sad savage, and silly stuff,,,, It's a bit too warm to concentrate, but at the same time my brain is just going maul maul maul maul :3

Mauls literally what brought me to the fandom, and after a brief fling with the mandalorian hes back on my radar again... my brain is a circle...

I always find myself at a loss for what to say in my captions lol.

These are all some old OCs from 2015. I've redrawn them a bunch of times since then, and they keep changing xD Aard is especially hard to pin down, but I think I'm getting there.

They are from a loose medieval fantasy story about Halling defining his place in the world, and getting payback on some mean wizards! >:) Idek, something something found family and monsters.

And I think I need to preface this with: I barely know anything about star wars and how exactly the empire took over the republic... But I DO know Khandris theme song is Sommer '89 by Kettcar. It's about helping families flee from east germany. Which is basically Khandris whole thing; helping people flee from the Empire. So I have no clue how feasible Khandris work is in star wars canon, but thats what I wanna do with him ^^

Also, I'm no good at coming up with stuff for characters, beside their initial concept (which was "hot boyfriend" fyi lol), so ye x3

Physically, he once had someone fire off a slug thrower right next to his montrals - that hurt a LOT! They are just a lot louder than most blasters, and he blacked out for a moment. Sensitive hearing really isn't always an advantage :( He got his revenge soon, tho - with these chompers! :D

On average, he can handel a lot tho.

Oh, definitely mental. See, Khandris relationship with his parents has always been rocky. While they aren't super rich, they really would like to be just that, and are big into socializing with richer people and status climbing. It helps when you have a beautiful bachelor son who maybe could marry into a really well off family, you know? Wait? What is that? While you weren't looking, your kid got engaged to someone below your status? and he's into civil rights? ""Eat the Rich"" what do you mean with that sonny?! Disowned!! Cut off! Burn on Mustafar for all we care-

Oh, and that fiance? Dropped him as soon as they learned his parents money was no longer in the picture. Hours before the wedding, no less!

Conditional Love, and all that.

And when the Republic falls and all hell breaks loose, Khandri finds himself without a single person in his life, and he goes "fuck it. Literally nothing is holding me back from endangering my life for other people". And that's what he does! See, with parents like that, he has a hard time seeing his own life as valuable if it is not of use to someone else. That mindset will haunt him for a while.

Especially once he falls for Glee! He tires to keep people close by putting their needs before his. It makes him twitchy and on guard at all times, and he tires to analyze the smallest changes in behaviour. But he also doesn't run after people, he just grows distant, to protect himself.

The nerve, to pick the one OC I don't drown in Angst and Misery! (That's a lie, but she handles herself very well, usually.) Anyway, the cause is: Dysphoria! So Beware! Glee hasn't managed to find any of her siblings, and she's not taking it well.

Picture a cramped, small, green lit fresher. There she stood, in front of the mirror.

For Glee, right now, it was almost agony. Look at her, the lone clone. Ungrateful, stupid, helpless in her fate. Useless to everyone else, and even now, after half a year, (which is still a LOT of time for someone only turning 16), chained. Controlled, in a sense. Subdued, toothless, waste of space and oxygen.

Her dark eyes (her brothers eyes) blinked, stoic. But the eyes looking back at her had a far off, dull look to them. Her brows, (Spindels brows), furrowed, her lips, (Hecters lips), pulled down into a scowl. (Ellis) ears, almost hidden by her hair, which curled over them, caressing them. With a trembling hand, she pulled it back. Her curls had had the time to grow out now, they were the longest they had ever been -

Mezzos tears. Glee hadn't seen herself cry before. Because usually, she wasn't selfish, she wasn't greedy; to even have the nerve to change the one thing that they all had in common? When she had lost them all? She deserved the ugly, disgusting, terrifying loneliness of seeing her brothers in the mirror.

(If they don't have personhood, then neither have I.)

She couldn't see herself, never had, and If she failed (because she couldn't think about When), she had never deserved to. She would either see them live, or die as them.

She grabbed a pair of scissors, pulled her hair tight, and cut it as close to the roots as she could. The blades scraped her scalp. Chunks of hair fell, blinded by tears and by an unsteady hand.

Heaving for breath, she looked at her (my, his, theirs, our) face. Her efforts had unearthed the large, ugly bald scar along the right side of her head.

At last, a surface level prove of freedom.

The further away he is from his master, the bigger and meaner it gets

For the sake of,,,,, contenuety, Zabrak daemons only settle in their 20s...

Lets say, he's pretty sure it'll settle on a yellow-throated marten

First of all, the AUDACITY of fate to kick him so

But also, while he's lost his fighting partner, he now looks quite soulless. He stuffs her in his pockets for savekeeping. They can barely seperate by a meter now.

Rats are cool but less huggable :((

also super intelligent and social and really dont do well when isolated

Second headcanon: One of the things that makes a sith a sith is the seperation from their daemons. Maul can't be a true sith without that.

See that 'he can only become what he wants to be by loosing his daemon//he keeps his daemon so close he looks soulless' vibe I'm going for??
