As much as I find the theory about Naomi being one of the Akutagawa's interesting, it wouldn't work at all. It would ruin the whole point of Beast, unless Akutagawa didn't even knew her existence in the first place/thought she died in the slums etc. Some people also bring Akutagawa's previous design were he had a mole in the exact place as Naomi. But wouldn't Asagiri and Harukawa kept that part to his current design if it meant that much? I don't reject that theory at all though, not just because the theory itself is interesting but due to the fact that Asagiri gives us great plot twists.
