a very small oil painting so that i can experiment with my heat-set oil paints. they’re neat.

During the first big pandemic lockdown, I decided I wanted to teach myself how to do nail art, so this is kind of a collection of some of the things I tried. I ended up getting false nails to play with because they wrecked less havoc on my natural nails (which I ended up beating up quite badly, necessitating me taking a break from the whole affair) and because they worked out well as a good experimental space. The first one is my first attempts, the last one is one of the latter ones I tried.
Don’t expect me to post a lot of nail art by the way because my ADHD-ass brain has gone onto other crafts and projects and it’ll probably be some time before I ever come back to this particular thing. I gained a bunch of useful skills from it, though.
