I Always Reflect On This: Halfway Through My Year Of Therapy Myesha (therapist) Would Repeatedly Tell
I always reflect on this: halfway through my year of therapy Myesha (therapist) would repeatedly tell that I don’t need therapy. She only stayed because she knew I wanted supported for I what I went through.
“You always have a plan, I worry about you the least of all my clients”
I really appreciate her. Her constant asking me “why” really instilled confidence in me to back my word not waiver when being questioned. This helped me access the power I was always afraid to use since 11. That’s when my mom’s Napoleon complex kicked in because I grew taller than her.
That’s it that’s all.
