Twice. Your professor had called you a disappointment twice. It hadn't really struck you in the moment as he had gone over your grade, a red F contrasting against the white paper, but it struck now. Were you really that disappointing? You tried to let the thought go, but you heard a knock on the door and your boyfriend's voice, and it resurfaced again.

"Come in!" You said and he opened the door, a bright smile on his face. You smiled back at him, but Hansol's brows went down as he noticed that your face was red and splotchy.

"Baby, have you been crying?" He asked, sitting on the bed beside you, and you could feel a lump form in your throat, your emotions getting the best of you.

"N-no?" You tried saying, but your voice cracked and with that you broke down and cried. He gasped quietly and pulled you into his arms, resting your head on his chest.

"Shh shh, hey, whatever it is tell me. Or don't think about it." You couldn't hear his voice and continued to cry, the events of today finally taking their toll. He grabbed your head gently and placed it against his heart, kissing your head. You stopped and listened to the soft thumping underneath his sweater, sniffling.

"Hear my heartbeat? Just focus on that. You can tell me what happened, but I need you to calm down and collect your thoughts." Hansol said, and so you listened. With his hand rubbing up and down your back, and the steady rhythm of his heartbeat, you did more than calm down. He chuckled as he saw your eyes fluttering shut and moved you to the side of your bed, laying you down before laying next to you.

"Alright babe, we'll take a nap, but you tell me what happened as soon as we wake up. Love you." He spoke, and you mumbled an "I love you too." before cuddling up to him, listening once more to his heartbeat.
