Halfway done with tonight’s chapter. Is it normal for a writer to get sympathy cramps when she knows her main character/reader is about to get knocked up?

Sorry everyone, my moms flu developed into a lung infection. On top of caring for/listening to her hack her lungs out, I haven’t gotten much done writing wise. I have another big test next Friday to study for, but I am working on getting new chapters out!

Sorry guys - new chapter will be complete tomorrow. My Mom caught the flu and I spent the afternoon scrambling around for her.
