Hello, my name is Brooke Coke and I am organizing this fundraiser o… Brooke Cole needs your support for Support Amal's Family in War-Torn Ga

At this time, children are usually on summer vacation, playing in the streets and going to the beach to swim. But this does not happen in Gaza. The occupation kills children in cold blood in front of their families because they demand their right to play like other children in the world. What injustice? You are my last hope. Our children want to go to school and live in peace and security

'Oh rascal children of Gaza,

You who constantly disturbed me with your screams under my window,

You who filled every morning with rush and chaos,

You who broke my vase and stole the lonely flower on my balcony,

Come back –

And scream as you want,

And break all the vases,

Steal all the flowers,

Come back,

Just come back…'

these words are written on a page.

if the condition of the children of gaza doesn't move you, i don't know what will. there is no school this year. there was no school last year either. no clean water or healthy food. no medicines for when they hurt themselves. no toys to play with. no way for them to come out of this genocide unscathed. it's with a heavy heart that i've realized that childhood in gaza is an empty promise.

my friend alaa [ @alaakh998 ] lives in gaza. she has two little kids aged 4 and 6. i cannot help but think about them. how are they doing? what lies in their future? are they okay? I've come to the realization that they wont be safe unless they're able to evacuate from gaza.

the rafah crossing is closed as of now. alaa is fundraising in hopes that she can collect enough money to address her immediate needs and eventually evacuate when the crossing opens. she needs to buy a tent and medicine and supplies and food.

please donate to help her buy these things and ensure her children's well being.

don’t you love it when your country recognises Palestine as a state?

Palestinians deserve to be safe, to feel safe, they deserve to have a home.

They don’t deserve what happened to the Irish during the reign of the British empire, they don’t deserve what happened to the native Americans, they don’t deserve what happened to the aboriginals of Australia, they don’t deserve what happened to the jews, the Romani, the poles, and all other groups during the holocaust.

Nobody deserves that. Everyone deserves safety, peace and happiness.

I’m finally proud to be Irish.

Thank you Simon Harris. Thank you for speaking up.

If you don’t think all groups of people deserve to exist, fuck off.

hey folks! as most of us know, Joe Hills recently got married and he just tweeted that they're having some trouble financially due to a dental emergency. Since he's a Hermit and person who does so much in the community (including paying his mods), it would be great to be able to give back to him a bit! so, i'm sharing the link to his tweet and paypal:)

This month was already tight, and now @BadgerSpanner’s cracked tooth we hoped to deal with after the new insurance kicked in got infected and became unsafe/unbearable.

That’s $1500 for emergency dental work.
Any support would help appreciated via:https://t.co/n00swRiJGF
Thanks!

(and congrats to both of them on the marriage! wishing them all the best:D)

Simultaneously

North Gaza:

Over 50 IOF airstrikes targeted various areas in the northern Gaza Strip since this afternoon and IOF quadcopters are opening fire on Palestinian homes east of Jabalia refugee camp.

Journalist Hossam Shabat stated that he was targeted in his vehicle, despite clearly marked PRESS symbols on it. A water cart surrounded by dozens of people was bombed.

Journalist Anas Al-Sharif: "It feels like the early days of the war, with intense belts of fire and a large escalation in 'israeli' airstrikes, while 'israeli' artillery and helicopters continue to fire on citizens' homes in the northern Gaza Strip."

The north has been subjected to intense siege, starvation, and deprivation of aid for months. The IOF has repeatedly invaded parts of it in small pockets, such as Zaytoun and Beit Lahia and claimed to dismantle the resistance there. Today, it appears to plan to re-enter, preempting its invasion with massacres against innocent people.

Amid ongoing strikes in Northern Gaza, Civil Defense teams report that they are unable to deal with the large amount of destruction caused by the IOF targeting residential homes. Rescue efforts are severely obstructed by the occupation's continuous bombardment and the lack of essential heavy equipment, leaving many trapped beneath rubble.

Beirut Suburbs:

Very violent IOF airstrikes are targeting Dahiye, the southern suburb of Beirut.

The moment the occupation forces launched airstrikes on live TV targeting the southern suburbs of Beirut.
