while i was working on the initial sketch i was reminded of this one i drew a while ago: https://www.tumblr.com/monwillica/688002184377434112/my-love-letter-to-monster-era-and-to-the-art-of?source=share so i decided to do the same line and coloring style (aka my poor attempt to directly copy @/lowiy). cool to see how they turned out so differently not even a year later!
