My first entry for the event and it doesn't even look like a storm. :'D

Fun fact:

This is based off on art from a song called "Blooming in the Mud". The song doesn't really relate to Emmet in anyway, I just wanted an excuse to redraw the rain scene but with Emmet, simply because it looked cool. Lol

I have absolutely no clue if this is too OOC or not because I never played PLA. I just wanted an excuse to draw some Irida and Adaman friendship moments for Pokemon Masters.

I know that they were bickering a lot in the game and they definitely had their differences, but I liked to imagine that as time passed by, they continued to make peace between their clans and the two strengthened their growing friendship. (Or maybe that already happened in the game. Oof)

Adaman's just learned how to take pictures. He will happily brag about this to Akari and Rei when they get back. Lol

Stan and Ford:

- They were super close as kids but then they didnt talk to each other for ten years and then when they did ford got yeeted thru a portal and stuck there for the next 30. and stan spent that entire time trying to get him back. AUGH.

- oughhhh stnaley got kicked out at 17 after he rined fords science fair rpoject and ford thoughr it was on purpose but it was an accodent so ten years of estrenegement then ford calls stan ten years later for hep and basically just rells him to take abook and fucknoff because ford is Not in rifht state of mind and tan accifentally pushes ford into an interdkmensional portal !! stan spends theity years trying to get rord backa nd when he does ford punches him IrGHT in the Face

Emmet and Ingo:

- Ingo got ebbied away from his brother into hisui with no memories and we have no official comfimation from gamefreak that they will ever reunite.

- Ingo is separated form his twin in some way that leads him to become a faller. This means that he has amnesia, only having some fragments of his memory. Also he is about 200 years in the past, with no way home, living alone on a mountain in a clan that will never truly consider him as one of them. Emmet on the other had has no information, which lead to what people can imagine of what has happen to him. Did he see him disappear? Does he not know why Ingo disappeared? How do the people in their live feel about this, is he blamed or pitted?

- i have so many emotions about these twins. god. fuck.

The cat he never wanted and the dad that got attached to said cat. Lol

OUGH.

Now that is a painful thing to consider. What if their parents didn't die, and therefore they were never freed from being under their thumb? I can't imagine it would go very well for Ingo- they likely wouldn't let up on their poor treatment of him, and would continue to isolate him from Emmet as much as possible... I don't think Emmet would go along with it, but there'd definitely be a distance between the two of them.

It's also very easy to imagine Ingo taking the first out of the situation he can get- he leaves on his 'trainer journey' at fourteen. He still tries to keep up communication with Emmet, but tries not to be obvious about it because he doesn't want to get Emmet in trouble. As for Emmet's part, he's out of there as soon as he turns eighteen and goes to track Ingo down. He's free! He doesn't have to listen to his parents anymore! No one can stop him!

Ingo makes his money off of Pokemon battles those first few years before he gets his first job at the railyard. He doesn't have to pretend he's not also interested in trains anymore! I imagine he works as part of the janitorial staff at first (where he picks up his Trubbish), and eventually ends up working on the Battle Subway as a Depot Agent. Emmet is happy to join him at that job!!!

It takes the two of them awhile to connect and really get in sync, since they've spent so long with either a forced distance between the two of them or a LITERAL distance, but they're still brothers. They're still close.

(And Ingo still keeps his secrets.)
