The thought of falling and crushing her with his weight, slight as he may be, only made Ritsu’s heart accelerate.  And it also gave him the necessary boost to stand up straight,  make her job easier for her.

Once it was all over,  he exhaled softly, accepting her hand. Gingerly stepping off the stool, “You’re good at what you do. Have you always worked here? Or at other places?” Small talk never hurt anybody,  even if he was bad at it.
