Awesome painting
WWII Bucky Barnes is my favourite era.
Enjoy this piece I did. I really wanted to try and capture his exhaustion and pain. my HC is that he was drafted, heād never willingly leave Steveās side nor did he necessarily feel a strong desire to go overseas and kill people. With being drafted, he still fought and took responsibility when called. But often struggled with the reality and hardships of war. He was āsoftā and didnāt like the idea of killing soldiers who had lives and families. But he knew he had to. With these tough choices he made came the guilt and doubt as he questioned his morals and identity. Those were just my thoughts as I worked on this piece.
