Why Is It That I Can Write An Entire Essay About A Movie Or Even Just A Character That I Love, But I

Why is it that I can write an entire essay about a movie or even just a character that I love, but I cannot for the life of me write an essay about a discourse community (the military) that I wanted to join years ago?

oh you watched a movie I recommended????? you listened to a song I told you about ?????? you read one of my favourite books ?????? do you know that I would literally kill for you ????? let's drink each others blood

This is just a random thought, but I believe that more people need to watch movies like Straight Outta Compton and Boyz N the Hood
