So, I'm Not All That Caught Up With Canon Lore Yet, But One Thing That Annoys Me At Times Is When People

So, I'm not all that caught up with canon lore yet, but one thing that annoys me at times is when people blame Rook for his bad new style (it's not even bad. He looks cute, look at him smiling so much he's so baby). Rook has been shown several times to do things on his own volition without even warning Vil (like, you know, changing dorms?!) and you'd expect me to believe he's not the one to have chosen his new style ?

Anyway, leave my man and his bad haircut choices alone. What's the point of having hair that can grow back if you don't have some fun with them while you're still at school ?

Now I want to see the losers club. :)

Are you referring to the ACTUAL Losers' Club (aka the Stephen King's Losers Club) or my band of completely unlucky morons ? Whichever the case, you're getting more N2 Squad x)

It was for mermay but since I'm reposting everything I might as well bunch post all of those.

Did you know ? Octopi are my favorite marine animals alongside sharks and jellyfishes! Every time I participate in mermay I draw at least one octomer.

Did you know ? There are actually three plurals of octopus : octopi, octopodes, and the most common octopuses. Technically all three are grammatically correct.

Did you know ? Some octopi living in the deep are bioluminescent! Azul's eyes already seem to be glowing the one time we see his merform. What if his actual merform was more colorful/luminescent but at the time he was just covered in blot so we couldn't see it ?

Did you know ? The smallest octopi measure about one centimeter while the biggest can measure up to ten meters. Murray eels however measure between fifteen centimeters and four meters.

I headcanon that underwater, Azul is muuuuch bigger than the tweels. But on land, since Azul is of average size for his species, he is also average size as a human. The tweels on the other hand are big for murray eels, so they are also big on land.

(Did you know ? I know far too much random trivia about octopi you'd think I have AuDHD and an unchecked internet connection- wait.)

There's actually many hints in Azul's dialogues about his lack of coordination/stamina/balance. Once you pay attention to it it's rather prevalent.

I wanted to do a little compilation here but it'd take me so long... maybe one day I'll do it. For now I'll just leave this one (that's relatively known)

(There's also a time in book 6 where he grumbles about Riddle rushing down the stairs and leaving him behind, and while you could explain it with Riddle's impulsivity vs Azul's carefulness, I like to think it's also because stairs are a nightmare.)

(Stairs were also a nightmare for Azul in the Masquerade event, though it seemed to be more about stamina than balance and coordination.)

Anyway, starting from now I might try to screenshot any instance where things like that are hinted. It'd be fun to make an actual compilation.

i’ve seen @mellosdrawings’s headcanons for azul’s cane usage recently and it reminded me that i love this concept!! it just makes so much sense and it would be such an azul thing to do!!

so naturally i couldn’t help but think about it when i stumbled over this piece of dialogue in the stitch event :]

i know there’s a number of different explanations as to why he would say that, ranging from not being used to dancing to sand being unstable terrain even for humans to him being a merman, but i choose to add not having his cane to the pile

it’s also super important (to me) to add that azul looks ridiculously good with and without the sunglasses!! if you know me you know that i love coloured shades but he’s just so pretty, it’s not fair ㅠㅠ
