armin arlert

although he loves the idea of having you close when he's given floor to his colossal alter ego, he'd forbid it. he'd never do anything to risk your life even remotely. given the size of his titan, it'd take only a slightest slip for you to fall, and he doesn't want to risk not hearing it or catching you in time. he's simply too big, and you're too small.

reiner braun

he'd gladly take you on walks while in his titan form, but there still would be this lingering fear that he may crush you somehow, given that he's the armored titan, covered with that hard, impenetrable carapace. he'd calm himself down with the fact that even if you'd slip from his shoulder or something, he'd still catch you, because he's fast and got excellent reflexes.

he wouldn't be afraid to be with you while he's in his titan form at all. mainly because he's too cocky to think that he'd make a mistake of letting you go accidentally or something like that, but in general he just doesn't burden himself with such thoughts and gladly spends time with you whenever possible. also, he loves the fact that you're that much smaller than him when he's shifted.

zeke jaeger

zeke would rarely take you on a walk while he's shifted because of his size, but when he does you two mainly speak and joke, and it's just so much funnier when you hear him speak in that deep, unnatural voice of his titan form. also, looking at his monkey-ish face doesn't help, sometimes you'd actually have to think about something other to prevent yourself from laughing. you'd ask him to show his baseball moves, but he'd refuse, not wanting any debris hurting you.

I am freaking out right now. I just got an autograph from Erika Henningsen, the voice acts of Charlie Morningstar from Hazbin Hotel, and an autograph from Erik Kimerer, who voice acts Obanai Iguro from Demon Slayer and Gowther from The Seven Deadly Sins. Moxxie witnessed you being kidnapped. He couldn't let anyone hurt you and rush to your aid. However, when he got to you, he realized that a little more and he would have been too late. He was able to get rid of some of the kidnappers, but the main one managed to escape. Moxxie wanted to catch up with him, but he had more important things to do. He had to get you to the hospital as soon as possible, because you were seriously injured

When he brought you to the hospital, the doctors quickly took you away, but he couldn't even come to the entrance. The reason for this was the journalists. When you returned, you felt Alastor's attentive gaze on you. You didn't know that he found out your secret, but Alastor said that you need to have a serious conversation. His words worried you, and you were even more worried when he said that he had found out your little secret. When he said that he found out that you were going to Vox, you couldn't stand it and cried. This was not what Alastor expected

Through tears, you told him that you didn't want this, that if it was your will, you wouldn't have gone to him for the world. But you made a deal with him. You took the place of what you thought was your friend who dumped you shortly after, and now your soul is in Vox's hands. There was no turning back for you

Alastor could feel the anger starting to flare up in him, but he wasn't going to show it to you. He had plans that you weren't supposed to know about. To begin with, Alastor was going to find out who you made the deal with Vox for, and then find a way to break this deal. He had to find a gap in this deal, at least a small loophole, so that Vox would no longer have power over you

Sir Pentious knew that you worked for Velvette, but he was sure that you were working for her of your own free will. However, when you both started staying at the hotel, he noticed that every time you had to go to work, you looked like you were going to your own execution. When you returned to the hotel tired again, Sir Pentious asked you why you wouldn't quit since this job is so hard. You sighed heavily and told him that you work for Velvette not because you want to, but because you made a deal with her and now you have to do what she tells you

You told him about how a person you thought was your friend was going to make a deal with her, but you didn't want to let that happen. That's why you made a deal with Velvette. It soon became clear that your friend thought you were just entertainment and you made a deal for the sake of a person who actually treated you with indifference

Y/N sat on the steps of the Musashi Shrine, the regular meeting spot for the Toman gang, absentmindedly doodling on her forearm with a black marker as she waited for the others to arrive. As the first and only female member of Toman, Y/N often felt she had a lot to prove. She had to be tough as nails and never show weakness. But when she was alone, she allowed herself these small moments of vulnerability, pouring her tangled emotions into the ink on her skin.

Hearing approaching footsteps, Y/N hastily pulled down her jacket sleeve to conceal the doodles. She stood up and turned to greet Mikey, the leader of Toman and her childhood best friend.

An unreadable expression flickered across Mikey's face but before he could say anything more, the rumble of motorcycle engines announced the arrival of the rest of Toman. Y/N stepped back, donning her tough gang member persona once more as Mikey turned to greet the others.

Throughout the meeting, Y/N found it hard to focus, her eyes repeatedly drawn to Mikey as he passionately laid out his vision for Toman's future. She had always admired his strength, charisma and devotion to the gang. But recently, she'd started to feel something more, a yearning she didn't quite understand...

Suddenly, Mikey pushed up the sleeves of his hoodie, gesturing animatedly as he spoke. Y/N gasped, catching sight of familiar black doodles peeking out on his forearm - the same swirling patterns she had just drawn on herself earlier.

It couldn't be... Was Mikey her soulmate? The realization hit her like a freight train. According to the stories, whatever designs a person drew on their own skin would appear on their soulmate as well. But Mikey, the boy she'd known since childhood, the leader she'd fought beside for years... How had she never noticed the ink on his arms before?

Mind reeling, Y/N stumbled to her feet, mumbling an excuse about needing some air before racing out of the shrine. She collapsed on a bench in the gardens, breathing heavily as she tried to process the revelation.

He looked taken aback by the question. "What? No, I... Wait." His eyes widened with dawning realization. Slowly, he pushed his sleeves up again, staring at the inky doodles in shock. "What the hell? Where did these come from? I didn't..."

"I drew them," Y/N whispered, holding out her own identically marked arm with a shaking hand. "Mikey... I think we might be soulmates."

Mikey gaped at her, eyes flickering between her face and arm in disbelief. "Soulmates? Us? But we've known each other forever... How..."

"I don't know," Y/N replied helplessly. "I had no idea either. Not until I saw your arm just now."

There was a tense, charged silence as they both grappled with this life-altering realization. Then Mikey took a step closer, gently grasping Y/N's marked forearm. His calloused thumb tenderly brushed over her inked skin.

"I've been trying to ignore it," he said quietly, eyes boring into hers with startling intensity. "This thing between us. I thought it was just me, that I was imagining it. I didn't want to ruin our friendship. But this..." He traced the swirling lines reverently. "This means something."

Y/N's heart pounded at his confession, barely daring to believe what she was hearing. "Mikey," she breathed, unconsciously leaning into his touch. "I... I don't want anyone else either. It's always been you. I just didn't realize..."

Overwhelmed with emotion, Mikey suddenly pulled her into his arms, hands fisting in her hair. "Say it again," he demanded lowly. "Tell me you're mine."

Y/N wound her arms around his neck, meeting his burning gaze head on. "I'm yours, Mikey. Your soulmate. Only yours."

With a low groan, Mikey crashed his lips against hers in a searing kiss. Y/N responded with equal fervor, a whimper escaping her as weeks' worth of repressed longing surged to the surface.

They lost themselves in each other, hands roaming, tongues tangling with desperate hunger as the sun slowly sank below the horizon and stars emerged overhead. When they finally broke apart, they were both breathing hard, lips swollen and eyes glazed. Mikey rested his forehead against Y/N's, fingers flexing possessively on her hips.

"I can't believe I never realized," he murmured, nuzzling her cheek adoringly. "All this time, you were right in front of me..."

Y/N smiled, happy tears pricking at her eyes as she cupped his face. "We were both pretty oblivious, huh? Good thing fate decided to knock some sense into us with the whole soulmate thing."

Mikey huffed a laugh, pressing a soft kiss to her palm. "Guess so. Better late than never." His expression sobered and he caught her marked wrist, bringing it to his lips. "I still can't wrap my head around it. That you're my soulmate, my perfect match. But it feels... right. Like a missing piece just clicked into place."

Y/N nodded, heart full to bursting. "I know what you mean. It's overwhelming but in the best way. We fit, Mikey. In every sense of the word."

He smiled, a full, genuine grin that lit up his entire face and made Y/N's breath catch. She didn't think she'd ever get used to having that smile directed at her, knowing she was the reason for it.

Feeling emboldened, Y/N picked up the discarded marker from earlier and uncapped it. Maintaining eye contact, she drew a small heart on the inside of her wrist. A moment later, an identical design bloomed to life on Mikey's skin.

His eyes darkened and in a flash, he had her pinned against a tree, mouth slanting over hers hungrily. Y/N laughed breathlessly into the kiss, delirious with joy and desire. She knew they'd have to head back to the meeting soon, that the real world and all its problems still awaited them.

But for now, wrapped in her soulmate's strong arms as the moonlight caressed their entwined silhouettes, Y/N let herself believe that everything would be okay. That with Mikey by her side, with their bond made tangible through the art on their skin, she could face anything.

"I love you," she whispered against his lips, the words welling up inside her, no longer able to be contained.

Mikey's arms tightened around her and he pulled back just far enough to meet her eyes, his own shining with emotion.

"I love you too," he rasped. "So damn much. I'll always protect you, Y/N. No matter what darkness tries to take hold of me, you'll be my light. My reason to stay on the right path. I swear it."

Tears spilled down Y/N's cheeks at the raw conviction in his voice. She knew the heavy burden he carried, the demons constantly whispering in his ear, tempting him to succumb to his worst impulses. But here and now, making such a heartfelt vow, she could see the real Mikey - the hurt boy who felt things too deeply, who loved with his entire being, who would walk through fire for those precious to him.

"We'll protect each other," she promised fiercely, sealing it with another kiss. "You're not alone anymore, Mikey. You have me, your soulmate. I'll never leave your side. We'll get through anything together."

He captured her lips once more, the slide of their mouths both soothing and inflaming. They kissed languidly beneath the star-strewn sky, enjoying this pocket of time that belonged only to them, where they could just exist without the weight of the world pressing down.

But in a cruel twist of fate, s/o had jumped in front of Peter to shield him from a powerful energy blast at the last second. Now she lay dying from catastrophic wounds, her breaths coming in short, pained gasps.

"No, no, no… s/o, stay with me, please," Peter begged, tears streaming down his face as he held her close. His voice cracked with anguish. "Why did you do that? I'm Spider-Man, I have powers, I could have…"

"I had to…" S/o whispered weakly, blood trickling from the corner of her mouth. "I couldn't let you die… I love you, Peter."

"I love you too. More than anything. You can't leave me, not like this!" Peter sobbed. His mind raced desperately, trying to think of some way, any way to save her. But deep down, he knew it was too late. Her injuries were too severe.

S/o's eyes fluttered as she struggled to focus on Peter's grief-stricken face one last time. "I'm sorry… Take care of yourself and stay strong… for me…"

With those final words, s/o went limp in Peter's arms, the light fading from her eyes as her spirit left her body. An anguished, inhuman howl of misery tore from Peter's throat. He hugged s/o's lifeless form to his chest, rocking back and forth as he wept uncontrollably.

His beloved s/o, the person he cherished most in this world, had sacrificed herself to save him. Devastation overwhelmed Peter, along with crushing guilt. He should have been faster, should have protected her. What good were his powers if he couldn't even keep the woman he loved safe?

As he knelt there in the wreckage, shattered by grief and loss, Peter silently vowed that s/o's death would not be in vain. He would keep fighting to protect others, no matter the cost. He owed her that much. Even as his heart lay in pieces, he would honor s/o's memory by being the hero she always believed him to be.

~Tony Stark~

Tony cradles s/o's broken body in his arms, the chaos of the battle still raging around them. Her breaths come in short, pained gasps as blood seeps through her torn tactical suit.

"No no no, stay with me baby, stay with me," Tony pleads desperately, voice cracking with emotion. He brushes her hair back from her ashen face with a shaking hand.

Tears stream down his face as the horrible realization sinks in - she sacrificed herself to save him. Jumped in front of that blast meant for him without hesitation. And now the woman he loves is dying in his arms because of it.

"I-I had to… c-couldn't let you die…" s/o whispers, life quickly fading from her eyes.

"You shouldn't have done that! Not for me. God, not for me…" Tony's body shakes with sobs, cradling her close. "Please… I can't lose you…"

With the last of her strength, s/o reaches up to touch his face. "I love you…"

Then her hand falls limply to the ground as she breathes her last. Tony lets out an anguished cry, burying his face against her neck as grief consumes him. She's gone. And it's his fault.

The profound guilt, devastation and self-loathing would haunt Tony deeply. Blaming himself for not protecting her, for once again failing someone he loved most. Her death saving his life would weigh heavily on his soul, tormenting him endlessly. The sacrifice of his beloved s/o would break something fundamental inside Tony and leave scars that would never fully heal.

~Natasha Romanoff~

Natasha cradles s/o gently, a look of anguish on her face as she sees the severity of s/o's wounds. "Why did you do that?" she asks softly, her voice trembling slightly. "You shouldn't have…"

S/o manages a weak smile. "I couldn't let you get hurt. Not when I could do something about it." She winces in pain.

"I'd make the same choice again," s/o whispers. "I regret nothing… except leaving you." Her breathing grows shallower, more labored.

"Don't you dare leave me!" Loki commands desperately, his slender frame shaking with repressed sobs. "Stay with me, love. I can heal you, I can fix this!" His hands glow with seidr as he frantically tries to knit her grievous wounds back together.

But the damage is too extensive. s/o weakly grips his wrist, stilling his movements. "No, my darling. We both know… it's too late for me."

"You can't go," Loki pleads brokenly, his heart shattering. "I need you. I've lost so much already…"

With the last of her waning strength, s/o pulls his head down and presses a tender kiss to his lips. "I'll always be with you, Loki. In your memories, in your heart." Her voice is fading, her skin growing cold. "Promise me…you'll keep living. Keep fighting for good."

"I promise," Loki chokes out. "I love you, s/o. More than anything."

She smiles serenely as the light leaves her eyes. "And I love you…always."

S/o goes limp in his arms, and Loki unleashes an anguished, grief-stricken scream, his magic exploding out of him in uncontrolled waves. The battle turns in his favor as he cuts down enemies in a berserk rage, tears streaming down his face.

When the last foe falls, Loki collapses beside s/o's body, gathering her into his arms once more as he weeps, desolate and heartbroken without her. He knows he'll have to find a way to carry on, to honor her memory and sacrifice. But for now, all he can do is grieve the loss of his soulmate and vow vengeance on those responsible.
