أستمع لهذه المقطوعة فأتخيل نفسي بعد ثلاثين أو أربعين سنة من الآن، إن قُدر لي أن أعيش طويلًا. في ليلة باردة مثل هذه الليلة، سأكون جالسة على أريكتي برفقة الشخص المُفضل لي في العالم. قد يكون زوجًا أو صديقة مقربة أو ابنة أو ابنًا، لا أعرف بعد. سنحتسي معًا الشاي الدافئ الذي أعده/ أعدته لي بالطريقة التي أحب، وسنتحدث عن الأماكن الغريبة التي زرناها والموسيقى السيئة التي سمعناها والحماقات التي ارتكبناها والهراءات التي صدقناها عندما كنا في العشرينات، وسنضحك كثيرًا وتدمع أعيننا قليلًا، وسنشعر بالسلام.
