I wanted to draw Bass in the ruby spears/90s cartoon style. It’s a shame he wasn’t in RS Mega Man cause I feel like they could done some fun stuff with his character. If he had been in the show, I’d say he’d have one of those “full of himself” kind of attitudes, but he’d actually have the fighting power to back up his word, lol

if you want to do something a little silly, light in his fighter gi being like 👀💦 for whatever reason
