Everything Steel Wool Studios Revealed About Security Breach in Dawko’s Interview with Steel Wool Studio Members Jason Topolski and Ray McCaffrey

There is a playable Dance Dance Revolution type arcade game in Security Breach.

The game is somewhere around 70 gigabytes, however Steel Wool will be working to make the game easier to handle for devices that normally can’t handle that big of a game.

Steel Wool took inspiration from every Five Nights at Freddy’s game while making Security Breach.

Music Man is technically not Music Man, but “DJ Music Man”.

The animatronics evolve over time.

Each animatronic has their own story.

Moondrop/Sundrop is the daycare attendant.

Helpy will be in Security Breach in some way.

There are more characters in the game than just the ones we have seen in the teasers/trailers/etc.

Instead of the game taking place all in five nights, it will only take place in one. However, every hour of the game will represent the original five nights (Example: Hour one will be the stand-in for night one, hour two will be the stand-in for night two, etc.).

The game is more than five hours long.

There are mini games in the game, along with playable arcade games.

We as the player can make choices/take paths that will affect the game.

There are boss fights in the game.

Mini-games can serve as breaks from being constantly chased by animatronics; once you are locked into a mini-game, everything going on in the main game can’t interfere with you until you are out of said mini-game.

We are getting a DLC somewhere down the line.

Originally, an old man hired to be the security guard was going to serve as Gregory’s protector/mentor throughout the game. However, as time went on, both Scott and Steel Wool began to favor the idea of Freddy “being the good guy for once”, and swapped the night guard protector idea out with Freddy Fazbear instead.

The game is 10x bigger than it’s original concept.

It is a “wildly different game” than what it was in it’s original concept.

The price for the game will be $39.99.

It is rated T for Teen.

The Freddy & Friends On Tour episodes exist inside the game, and the videos of us watching them are actually “in-game moments”.

There is a Showtime, but not the kind that you would expect.

There are Easter eggs that exist within the game.

The majority of the designs for the arcade machines were designed by Scott.

There are subtitles in the game.

The game will take a “very, very long time to complete”, especially for completionists.

There is a possibility that there may be a video made in the future by the Dev team in which they will describe the process of making Security Breach (said video will likely be uploaded to YouTube).

Security Breach will be released on December 16th for PS5, PS4, and PC. See you there.
