i've mastered the art of procrastination i've successfully (unintentionally) began self sabotaging my life AGAIN with no stop in sight. it's like an addiction "i'll get to it later", "i'll work on myself" i live every moment with those thoughts lingering through my mind, i dont just sit around because i can, but because i'm incapable of giving in. i see people say that oh, you just don't want it enough. but i want it more than *anything*. i don't want to be this way, i wish i was normal. i wish i could get up and function normally but i'm afraid i am at a place of no return, i'm hurting myself every day because i refuse to get better. i've advanced from physical self harm to mental. this cycle repeats and repeats and repeats and i cant fucking push past it

people see news of 200+ palestinians being killed in one attack and scroll or think about it for about a minute then move on. but if 200+ people died in an attack in the west it would be mainstream news and all people spoke about for weeks. i know the numbers of palestinians being killed are astronomical and its impossible to keep up (which is absolutely sickeningly horrifying, there are no words), but the lack of value placed in palestinians lives and disregard shown is insane
