I tug at your hand frantically while whimpering. I know I should've let you know earlier, but I waited WAY too long and it's an emergency now.

You stop talking to your friend and look down at me. "I'll take you in just a minute, buddy."

I whine. "But Daddy I'm...!" I suddenly get very still as a loud crackling gives way to the muffled gas accompanying a flow of thick, warm poop invading the seat of my diaper.

Your eyes grow wide, but you know it's too late. The growing bulge in my pants and the slight little grimace on my face are announcing to every passerby that I'm making a very messy pamper.

Your friend grins and walks behind me for a better view. "Good thing he's still in diapers!" He lovingly rubs my back. "That's okay, little guy. You just keep going."

I nod as you give me a sympathetic smile and gently cup the bulge. "Wow, buddy! You're making a big one for Daddy!" You kiss my cheek and I can't help but giggle. I bury my face into your strong chest and you continue talking to your friend while gently touching my full seat.

Don't leave diaper boys alone and cuddles and play will always happen 🥰

I myself wascbis to the 26th year of life 24/7 diapered . Not only for medical reasons.

No, I do not wear diapers 24/7. I sometimes go for 24/7 stints for short periods like 3-7 days. However, I avoid completely 24/7 as I already suffer from urge incontinence and don't want to train my body to be dependent on them.

I came to diapers by various ways. Mainly I have suffered from bladder issues all my life so they are comfort and medical help. Also suffered a lot of ridicule and humiliations and what not when it comes to bed wetting, accidents and diapers as a child so its a psychological trauma thing. Came to be little, baby boy and sissy because I enjoy power exchange as my psychological trauma seems to crave the giving of power and control to another who can show they can take any or all decisions or control away from me but show that they are doing it for my best interest and to take care of me, make me safe, etc. The things my brain heard from my experiences as a child generally said otherwise, so my brain seems to want to experience someone showing that I can experience those same things and understand its for helpful reasons.

I did not wear diapers as a child and teenager. I suffered bladder issues throughout much, if not all of my childhood, however the experiences I had concerning diapers being "offered" as a potential solution were unfortunately not approached delicately but rather harshly and therefore were so traumatizing I tended to push away the option of diapers as a helping solution as a child. Likely much of the reason my mind falls back on them as a comfort/kink these days.
