i realized i neglected to mention that it'll loosely follow canon, just in modern times. i still havent decided if i want to save people, and if so idk who or how, but nezuko will probably be a demon next update lol.

I have noticed that ppl ignore Nezuko's trauma and say it wasn't sad at all. Like, she saw her own family getting killed in front of her. And before that, her dad died, and as the older sister, she needed to take care of her siblings when Kie and Tanjiro were busy. She was 12. Like, you aren't supposed to act like a second mother at 12. She tried to protect Rokuta from Muzan, but failed and she felt her own brother die in her arms. She was badly injured, but not enough to die and she was suffering mentally and physically. She has a memory loss to deal with her trauma, and can't even play or just be herself like a teen of her age. No, she's supposed to risk her life, hide from the sun, and see her own family getting killed.

Like, can't y'all notice how traumatic it is ?? She was a kid. A kid feeling another kid dying in her arms.

no extra today lol soz 🙏 but here is a tiny lil training/adventure montage for tanjiro (and nezuko who is off-screen haha) while hakuji-sensei tries to put soyama soryuu on hiatus so he can help the kamados. next time: hakuji goes to find the kamado sibs!
