We live in a time where aliens are more likely to step through a portal and announce that they came for “the ice-cream” and heard that this planet is “amusing” than the world uniting to do anything. 

Alright guys he hit him once for a tasteless joke - his wive could die from cancer and the oscar folk is laughing about it. I think the slap was quite adequate. Violence is appalling yadayada what about verbal abuse? Is it okay to be laughed at by your community for trying to heal and survive cancer? Comedians get slapped sometimes for toeing the fine line between funny and indecent.

We are lucky both of them are black. Can you imagine if one of them would have been white? A white guy making a yoke about a black guys wive having cancer? - All hell would have broken loose.

A black guy making fun of a white guys wive having cancer? - Sorry but imma guess the media would have reacted - slightky - differently.

Either way this is blown way out of proportion.
