Because Sasha was from the beginning a character that somehow I felt like I wanted to protect and one of the things I love most about snk is Sasha and Connie's relationships. I am so grateful to see in an anime a soulmate relationship between a girl and a boy with no romance in between and It breaks my heart to think of Connie 😭😭

But the story must go on...

And at the end I'm actually really thankful that it was Gabi. A kid victim of war. A kid who lost her friends in front of her eyes and who saw her home being destroyed.

Sasha's death was a necessary death. Despite being unfair and cruel and heartbreaking, this had to happen...
