Like a magnetic energy field that makes people trust, befriend, and (depending on their sexual orientation) makes them fall for him. And even not romantically attracted, they still tend to follow him as if they were under a spell. 

Buffy is also affected, but due to her personality the effects are not so visible or erratic, and she never saw Jonah as more than a friend. 

Cyrus, also affected by Jonah’s power, has or is developing, a even bigger resistance than Andi. Why? Cyrus doesn’t even know, but he’s a witch with empathic powers, which is why he can read and understand people’s feelings so well. 

Returning from the camp with knowledge of his powers, Jonah became curious and started carefully testing his abilities.”

Andi Rant

I’m curious towards all the people who have been calling Andi a bitch or just saying her behavior towards Cyrus is ridiculous, would you all seriously be ok with one of your best friends hanging out with a boy who had placed him in a dangerous situation? A boy who in the past had relentlessly bullied one of your other best friends? Because that’s how the situation looks to Andi, seeing as she knows NOTHING about how TJ has changed for the better, and is still the guy who’s been a dick to her friends in the past and just recently put another friend in a potentially life threatening situation. If I were Andi I’d be doing the exact same, except I’d telling the friend that the guy who put them in a dangerous situation is a prick and to not waste their time. But I guess putting your friends in danger by letting them hang out with someone you’ve only seen act hostile towards is something you’re all down with. Because, and let me say this again cause some of you don’t understand, ANDI KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT HOW TJ HAS CHANGED FOR THE BETTER. To judge based on the idea that she does is the stupidest fucking thing imaginable, and you all seriously need to get your heads out of your asses and THINK before you go around calling a character a bitch.
