(giant au) hey brad!! I know you miss being human, but what are some things you like about being giant?

(trying a different way to make comics for asks!!)

The view! The ruins of the old war are reminders of a dark past, but they create a diverse and awesome scenary. Cities without all this greenery must have been pretty boring. I see beautiful landscapes everyday! I bring my friends up here all the time so they can enjoy the view too, this makes me so happy!"

"Being me also helps to move in general. One of the biggest difficulties people face is how they will get from one settlement to another, from one supply camp to another, sometimes simply moving to a more stable and less dangerous region. Vehicles are scarce and there are dangerous animals almost everywhere outside of a stable settlement. I have no problem with this. I've gone to many places several times easily and most of the beasts don't have the courage to come near me. Migration has never been a problem"

"And of course, safety! I'm... safe, I guess? Like I said before, no animal messes with me and I'm immune to most of the diseases they carry. My skin is thick and hard to penetrate, bites and scratches do nothing. I can see clearly at night. My sense of smell makes it easy to find food..."

★jumping in with g/t concepts once again wergggggg— on today's trope we've got:

Tinies who can't help but test the giant's patience.

— |☆| Tinies who don't trust that patience exterior of their much larger companion and want to see just how long it take them to get them to show their 'true self'.. Tinies that constantly degrade and act ungrateful to the giant's attempts at forming a friendship, or at least an allyship between the two. Tinies that are purposely rude to the giant who is trying to gently pursue them, finding it fun that they get to be assholes to someone who could easily take them out with just a flick of their wrist. Tinies that mess around with equipment that the giant may find precious— right in front of them just to see if the giant will manage keep to their cool. Tinies who occasionally annoy giants by biting them or hiding important stuff from them such as house keys, wallets and such. Tinies who just want to prove a point to themselves that the giant can't be trusted. Tinies who will one day prove to themselves that the giant can't be trusted.

overall liked how the comic turned out, would've like my style to be a bit more consistent but it is what it is

★g/t thought of the night:

A giant and tiny who go to high five each other, but the giant uses the same force that they would use to high five their fellow-giant-buddies, so the tiny gets send flying backwards once their larger friend's palm makes contact with them. I dunno, as long as the tiny is alright, then it's a funny thought I guess.★

giants who want a scared tiny to just look at them.

But when they do catch the tiny's gaze, it's just a wide, tearful stare. Their eyes focus on the giants hands to see if they'll hurt them. Looking at the giant's eyes to gauge their emotions, to see if there's any intent behind them.

The giant doesn't expect, nor want this reaction. whether this tiny is a stranger or a friend, the fact that they are viewed as an instrument of destruction rather than a real living thing pains them.

"Don't look at me like that. You're looking at me like... some type of monster."

This goober scientist is called Paprika who only started working for a week before this. This was during the "holy shit why is he getting bigger so fast" phase so Shadow tended to forget how low the ceilings were for him. Also Gerald cancelled the pizza party they were going to have because of this so it wasn't a good week for anyone
