3 GT stories ideas

I want a story about a teenager is forced to take care of their younger siblings and something happens and they start slowly turning into a giant and it to be a metaphore for how it feels like they are growing up to quickly from stepping up to do more adult jobs for their siblings and the bigger they got the more they feel they're losing the possibity of a normal childhood.

I want a story of two friends who one keeps slowly growing and the other slowly shrinking and they have to race against time to fine a cure before they either get to big or to small which results in them having to help eachother out with new task from their changing sizes

I want a story where giant adopts a human and the human doesnt find their parent odd till they explore more of the world and realize that their parents size is unually to humans (bonus points if the human is still a kid when they hear about how humans feel about giants)

Fun G/t Idea

So I got this idea while playing powerwash simulator (will refuse to elaborate) but!

Pregnant tiny that winds up purposefully or not on a road trip with a human. Human was taking the road trip solo, but they are about to have a tiny passenger with them.

Tiny gets found by the human for one reason or another (I think tiny found with morning sickness and human hops in to help bc please do not throw up on my stuff) and now the tiny is a known passenger and co pilot on this trip.

Human is going to be at the whim of the tiny's pregnancy the whole time (and probably nervous Tiny is going to go into labor any moment now when Tiny is a couple months away from due date). Has to stop for gas station pickles in bags. Mood swings and nausea and you bet your ass that tiny is going to be carried bc if you think that Tiny is going to be doing much walking and climbing in this state you think wrong.

I like the idea of the "slow, lumbering giant" stereotype being mostly just because giants choose not to move fast (picturing the classic 4-meter giant for this one, like old fairy tales)

Always walking, never running- this is more to conserve stamina than anything else, since it takes more energy to maintain a giant body and the more they can cut down on food costs the better.

The ones that live among humans, they usually choose to do almost everything slowly, not just walking, because sudden movements would scare the humans, right?

Which makes it FAR more unexpected and terrifying is when one starts fucking sprinting at you- nobody expects something that big to move THAT fast, it's just uncanny. (Seriously, something big moving fast amplifies how terrifying they are by like 100, you instinctively expect speed to be their one weakpoint)

I like clowns and I like giant/tiny stuff, hence the name. I've been lurking for a bit, but I want to engage more with the community and maybe share some work of my own one day!

I've done a little bit of writing, but I don't have any full stories, just bits and pieces of stuff I'm working on. I've been writing so much more since I've started this blog. Heroisms

(OCs: Trevor/Addie, Wren, Ajax)

Main Story:

Part One, "Up, Up, and Away" (thanks to the anon who suggested this title)

Chapter 1 "New School, Same Story": On his first day of school, Trevor Castillo is reminded of the fact that the more things change, the more they stay the same. But what Trevor doesn't know is that big, big changes lie in his future.

Chapter 2 "Growing Pains": One night, Trevor starts experiencing growing pains. The kind that leaves him bedridden. And they're not stopping anytime soon.

Chapter 3 "Seeking Answers": As his condition progresses, Trevor goes to the Lively Institute liason employed at his school to try and find a way to stop it.

Chapter 4 "Guinea Pig": Trevor visits the Lively Institute's research division so they can look into his condition.

Chapter 5 "Encouragement": Trevor's mom does everything she can to make her son feel better.

Chapter 6 "Breaking Point": A longtime bully of Trevor's decides to switch tactics after he starts to change. He pushes Trevor to his breaking point, and Trevor reacts violently.

Chapter 7 "Left Alone": Trevor is arrested and processed by the Lively Institute. His experiences leave him feeling more alienated than ever.

Chapter 8 "What Comes Next": Trevor is interviewed by a case worker who will determine what his punishment will be

Chapter 9 "A Perfect Fit": After meeting with the case worker, Trevor's punishment is decided on Corrective Custody. The first few days present a few challenges.

One-Shots/Misc:

Pecking Order: Wren and Trevor meet for the first time in less-than-ideal circumstances

Introductions: Roommates Trevor and Addie meet for the first time at a training facility for young superheroes

Mentorship Blues: Trevor meets his mentor, Ajax for the first time. It goes poorly.

Weighted Blanket: A few years into their training, Addie wakes up in the middle of the night and decides to get closer to Trevor (this is the first part I posted and gives a little more context to the story)

Nightmares: Now adults, Addie tries to comfort Trevor after he has a nightmare

Octomer

(OCs: Sabrina/Spots)

Main Story:

Chapter One: Sabrina moves into her grandpa's home and relives memories from her past. She gets a big surprise when an old playmate comes to visit.

Chapter Two: Memories of when Sabrina and Spots first met, and of time they spent together as kids

Chapter Three: Sabrina and Spots find each other again as teenagers in not-so-ideal circumstances; Sabrina fights with her Grandpa

Chapter Four: Sabrina tells Spots what she's been up to all these years, and inadvertently discovers a side effect of the magic tied to his existence

Chapter Five: After Spots goes missing, Sabrina ventures out to find him, and discovers the dangers of the world he lives in
