Lucette clapped her hands with glee as he agreed to her proposal.
“Wonderful! Now come, Signora Braccia doesn’t like it when I am late, she makes me do extra stretches. And do not fear, I trust you wholeheartedly.” She reassures the giant, taking his enormous hand and tugging him with her to the other side of the palace/fortress where her classrooms are. Opening the door to the dance studio, she gave a quick curtesy to the white unicorn that stared disapprovingly down at the princess.
“Good morning, Signora Braccia. I do apologize for my almost tardiness but I have gained myself a dance partner for today.” She said, showing off Rooke to her stern teacher. She smirked as the unicorn snorted, gave a small bow to the War Marshall and informed the two that they will be practicing the Galliard today. A very athletic dance with lots of leaps, jumps, and hops. This was going to be fun. For her, at least.

When General Rooke reports to Kane’s fortress and finds he has no duties to attend to for the day, he is relieved. It feels like ages since the heavy burden on his shoulders has been lifted. Despite the heavy armor situated on his frame, Rooke feels light as he heads indoors and takes a look around, wondering just what to do.
It dawns on the clockwork that he has no clue how to spend today, having not expecting being relieved of duty so soon. To make matters worse, he knew Kane was going to be busy dealing with other matters, Deacon was out getting information elsewhere, Bishop was deep in his studies, Queen was nowhere to be found, and Rooke rarely knew the whereabouts of Phule.
He finds a figure standing out from the crowd, making her way politely against all the clockworks and other affiliated dwellers. It is the Valencian Princess, Lucette. He is not very close with her but still considers her family, regardless of their few exchanges. He makes his way to her and is stumped on how to greet her properly in this situation.

“Hello, Princess.” He waves a gloved hand in front of himself. “Do you have any plans this evening?”
Lucette’s smile grew as Rooke rose to her bait, boasting his pride.
“Do you not believe that you would be the perfect replacement for my dance partner? You are strong and can lift me easily, but I know that you have the capacity to be gentle. And if you do not know how to dance, I can teach you how. I think it will be fun for the both of us. Uncle has let you off for the rest of the day and you are the only elite who has not danced with me. Uncle has dances with me, Queen dances with me, Deacon has danced with me, and Bird Beak dances with my patience.” She pleads, giving the large clockwork large watery puppy eyes. If those didn’t work, tears always do.
Lucette frowned a little at the reminder of the war that persisted outside her home. “Of course, you are Uncle’s Grand Marshall, after all. It is only right that you fight on the front lines of anything that threatens Valencia, even if it takes you away from your family for a while. All for the glory of the Armada right?”

Hearing Rooke’s word of worry, Lucette stopped and looked around, acting surprised when she finally notices the multitude of fragile things around them. Well...that’s a problem.
“Hmm, You are right. Signora, may we move some of the more...priceless things out of the room?” Lucette asked. With a nod from the teacher, Lucette summoned in some Armada soldiers and commanded them to move the items out the room in Valencian, stepping back to let them work. Once everything was out, she dismissed them and turned back to Rooke with a large excited smile.
“Much better, right? Perfect! Let’s begin.”
