the RFA + Saeran with a clumsy MC

so i’ll admit i’m pretty clumsy. like broken ankle when i accidentally stepped off the curb wrong and knocked out teeth from face planting it into cabinet. so I decided to write about the RFA dealing with the walking disaster that is my completely lack of grace.

Jumin

-        legitimately worried about you constantly

-        he traces worried fingers around every new bruise scratch or cut

-        blames the body guards that are supposed to protect you

-        when you point out they can’t possibly protect you all the time his shoulder sag

-        he just hates to see you hurt

-        that being said he has to admit he likes catching you mid fall or stopping you from running into something

-        the way you laugh and thank him when he saves you from getting hurt (again) makes it worth it

-        a few times you’ve taken him down with you and ended up on top of him (to which he can’t complain much)

-        in these rare instances you always apologize profusely and worry over him while he chuckles and reminds you he’s more than happy to take a bruise or two if it meant you didn’t get hurt

Yoosung

-        he wants to help he really does but he’s a teensy but clumsy himself

-        every time he tries to catch you mid fall all that happens is your tumble takes him with it and you both end up as a tangle of limbs on the floor

-        most of your time is spent kissing each other’s bruises after one of your miss fortunes hurt both of you

-        on one hand he is deeply concerned about your safety on the other he is not disappointed in how many times you accidentally end up on top of him on the floor

-        he turns bright red every time but he can’t say he’s unhappy

-        he slowly but surely amasses a collection of super cute ice and heat packs to help with any swelling from your falls

Saeyoung

-        look if he thinks you might actually be hurt of course he’ll be serious and help you

-        but most of the time it’s just freaking funny

-        he is laughing as he helps you up and this makes him vulnerable to being pulled down

-        a big part of the relationship bonding comes in the form of you pulling him to the floor and tickling him for laughing at you

-        he teases you constantly making all your electronics “mc proof” which basically translates to near indestructible

-        at one point you ask him to teach you self-defense and he says your clumsiness IS self-defense since you tend to take down whoever your next to as you fall

zen

-        listen the first time he sees you is with unknown and you have bruises and scrapes and he sees red

-        he swears murder and it’s only by the grace of God and your shaking voice asking him to get you out of there that he leaves without bloodshed

-        after you explain he calms down a bit but still frets over you to make sure your okay

-        when you two are together he keeps a protective arm around you or holds your hand, anything so he’s always right there to catch you if you stumble

-        he’s fast and strong so honestly no matter how hard you fall against him you never knock him down

-        at one point a rouge fan tries to trip you and he catches you with a practiced skill while casting her the evil eye

-        he rants about how you shouldn’t have to worry about fans and glares at you a little when you mention you probably would have fallen either way

Jaehee

-        she quickly learns the cafe will need shatter proof dishes with you working there

-        and she makes sure your cashier, barista, or chef never waitress (it only took one day to see that role would not work how do they balance those trays?)

-        she loves you she really does but we all have limitations we must work around

-        she makes sure you don’t feel bad though because you are so helpful with cleaning and cooking and drink mixing she wants you to know your VITAL

-        you ask her to teach you to walk in heels and she tries but you straight up break your ankle and end up in a boot for 2 months

-        she may or may not sell her heels after that >.> (she was never a huge shoe person anyway)

-        she’s slowly but surly learning how to catch you without being knocked off balance so easily

-        she never considered herself graceful but you always say she is and she supposes that comparatively she is (it’s a confidence boost sure but it won’t go to her head she’s to humble for that)

saeran

-        he’s actually really good at helping you to not trip “careful MC the curbs right there you could trip”

-        like he’s always vigilant and gently pulling you to the side so you don’t run into something or trip over a cord or stumble off the sidewalk accidentally

-        he’s also super gentle when he tends to your bruises and cuts you suspect he has a lot of practice (oh I made myself sad)

-        he would never admit it but he likes how needed he feels when he stops you from hurting yourself again

-        he does NOT like it when other people catch you mid-fall or laugh at your clumsiness

-        it’s one of the few times when you can still quite clearly see “unknown” Saeran in his death glare

okay i have 2 requests to work on but it might be a bit because of my work schedule that being said I am working on them!

as someone who does get genuinely angry enough for confrontation very often i feel this

also poor jumin but i kinda wanna know how everyone reacted to him doing all that for MC

I wanted to ask if you could do RFA with an MC who is the type of person who only gets angry, like, once every century but when they do they just become scary, like intimidating with such a terrifying energy around them that you wouldn’t dare to cross it. RFA With Rare But Terrifyingly Angry!MC

Zen is no stranger to the concept of hidden, formidable beasts. 

There’s a reason why he is so quick to avoid conflicts, both between you and himself as well as between you and others. 

Although, if someone is stupid enough to incur your wrath, he lets the poor fool take the full brunt of it. He tried to warn them! Oh, well. 

It might be inappropriate, but he thinks there’s something beautiful about the sheer merciless intensity of your anger. Whenever you pop off at him, he has like a solid ten seconds of awe-inspired blankness of mind before the fear for his life kicks in. 

1/2 of the ‘MC is Hot When They’re Mad at Me’ Gang

Yoosung has seen you truly angry only once. 

It wasn’t even directed at him and he still shivers sometimes when he thinks back on it! You’re just usually so mild mannered and calm -- he really, really didn’t expect that from you... 

If a pet peeve of yours is brought up in the chat (or really anywhere, with anyone) he will bodily inject himself into the conversation in order to divert it. He doesn’t want anyone making you mad -- they don’t know what they’re getting themselves into! 

Even if your eyes do go hard and steely... and you bare your teeth... and your words are so sharp and pointed they’re like daggers sinking into the skin of your opponent... 

2/2 of the ‘MC is Hot When They’re Mad at Me’ Gang

Jaehee used to think it was scary, but now she’s used to it. 

Mostly. 

There’s very little that phases The Kang Jaehee. Not just everyone can be Han Jumin’s PA -- her skin is basically impenetrable. That being said... 

She doesn’t like to see you angry. Not only does she know that you must’ve been very upset to be pushed into anger, but she also acknowledges that it’s draining for you to have such outbursts. 

Always there to soothe you through it if she can -- and if she can’t, she’ll send up a quick prayer for whoever is about to be on the receiving end of your anger. 

Please let this fool escape alive, lest she have even more phone calls to make that evening. In the Lord’s name, Amen.

Jumin was naive enough to ignore your warnings. 

“Jumin, you don’t want to make me angry” you’d said. “Jumin, I’m kinda scary when I’m mad” you’d said. Albeit, you’d been laughing when you gave him these infrequent heads up, but you’d still told him! 

He -- oh, the poor, sweet summer’s child that he was -- didn’t take you seriously. 

So that’s how he ends up buying out three separate flower shops in central Seoul, ordering the entirety of Cartier’s unreleased spring catalog, and reserving a private dining room at your favorite five-star steakhouse for every day of next week. 

And that’s just to apologize for underestimating you -- nevermind about what he did to get you so heated in the first place.

Seven hates it when you get mad. 

He doesn’t hate you for it, and he’ll try his best to work through the issue whether he or someone else was the cause for your ire, but it always leaves him feeling rattled. 

It shouldn’t be surprising that he’s especially sensitive to his loved ones and their sentiments towards him, let alone you, one of the people he holds dearest. 

For him, it’s tough to watch you lose yourself enough to be enraged. It’s even tougher to separate you -- his lovely, sweet, caring, ridiculously perfect girlfriend -- and your rage from what he is used to associating rage from a loved one with. 

After the storm blows over, he might shut down a little bit. But it’s nothing some TLC and quality time can’t fix!

can i ask for some head-cannons about a super introvert MC that’s really good at sneaking away when no one’s paying attention? like one minute your talking with her then you look away to answer someone’s question and she’s slipped away to get some air.

Yoosung

he’d notice you were gone after a few minutes, he’d frantically look around to search for you

he’d even knock and shout to the ladies room

then he’d find you just outside, “MC?” he’d call out

you’d smile sorrily at him as he reaches for you, gonna ask if you’r alright

Whether you'll stay or not is completely up to you, but Yoosung wants you to be comfortable than force yourself

Jaehee

At first she'd panic internally, asking around if someone saw you go somewhere

And when she finds you outside she'll feel relieve

She'll let you be if you want some space, but she'll also makes sure to bring you something to eat or drink

Jumin

Jumin introduced you to some businessmen, and when he got stuck answering questions you slowly slipped away from them

Noticing your hand was gone from his arm, he'll excuse himself, and by this time he knows where exactly you are

He knows you'd get overwhelmed easily with many people, and he wants you to be as comfortable as you are

And if wanting some air is what you want, he'll let you be and ask if you want to home

"Don't strain yourself my love," he'd remind you to prioritize yourself than anything else

Saeyoung

Once he finds you there's no going back to the crowd

He'd be the one holding your hand as you both run away!

And by run away it's bailing out on the party and go get some ice cream

He'd really rather be having fun with you than be stuck in the party mingling with the guests

beware: it’s slightly angsty and sad in the beginning and it is also very long

• He’s had birthday parties since he was born, don’t get me wrong

• But they have all been really superficial, strict, fancy, uptight and ingenuine

• and it’s not like he really had any friends there to celebrate, everybody growing up only wanted to get close to him for money and status’ sake.

• Except V, Jihyun has been the only friend he’s had since childhood. He’s also the only one who has made/given him genuine gifts that weren’t relating to his future career or materialism.

• V has always made sure his birthday was special and when Rika came into picture, she did as well.

• Ever since Rika “passed” though, V has grown incredibly distant and “traveled” quite a lot. A lot more than even Jumin himself..

• V always made sure to send him a photo collection, letter or heartfelt gift from his travels over the past couple years.

• V and Rika were really the only people that made his birthday feel special and worth celebrating

• For Jumin, birthdays have become just another day.

• it’s not like anyone else in the RFA really celebrated his birthday, heck I don’t even think most of them knew when it was.

• He knew his life changed forever as soon as you came into the picture though.

• you made him feel special, accepted and more acknowledged than anyone ever could have.

• You were the first person that saw Jumin for Jumin Han, not ‘Director of C&R international’ or ‘One of the richest bachelors in South Korea’ or ‘He-who-shall-not-be-named’ (the last title given by his employees despite him becoming a warmer boss)

• you saw every single part of him, his cold and serious exterior, his true warm and loving nature and the ugly broken, grieving and trauma-ridden self he kept hidden.

• After all of that, you still loved and accepted him for him.

• you turned his world around, for the first time in his life, he saw color all around him in his once bleak materialistic world.

• When you found out his birthday was near, you were stoked.

• you got all of the RFA together to help coordinate and set up a surprise party for Jumin.

• The RFA members were taken aback by your excitement, but even though they felt quite intimidated or confused by Jumin, they helped participate because they loved you and loved to see you happy.

• The RFA, along with the help of his employees, ordered assortments of his favorite wine and cheese platters, bought purple, gold, and black balloons and set up everything at the venue where they usually hold the RFA charity parties.

• Everyone brought gifts, Saeyoung brought cat pajamas for Jumin, His dad bought him three new Burberry™️ suits, Jaehee bought him airpods, Yoosung brought succulents and Zen brought him a selection of embroidery thread (with your help)

• but the most precious gift of all was the one you and Jihyun worked so hard on. (mainly Jihyun though)

• The both of you culminated a scrapbook filled with precious and significant moments between the RFA members, which were photos mainly filled with you and Jumin.

• You designed and decorated the scrapbook while Jihyun took the photos.

• You also thought it’d be a nice touch to add little love letters to Jumin in between every few pages

• When you finished the book a couple of weeks ago, Jihyun was in awe of the two of you’s work.

• Of course you bought him other smaller gifts as well as V, but this was the main one you knew he’d love.

• of course, jumin decided to work on his birthday. hoping no one would notice.

• When it was time for the surprise party, Jaehee and driver kim lured Jumin to the venue saying it was “an important business meeting” that they needed to attend to

• He was puzzled on why a ‘business meeting’ was at a separate location from the C&R building, but he thought he might as well go along with it.

• The lights were dim, everybody was huddled into hiding places, anxiously awaiting jumin’s entrance.

• When Jaehee opened the door for Jumin, Saeyoung turned on the lights and everyone jumped up to surprise him.

• The typically ~unphased~ Jumin Han was pleasantly taken aback by everything

• He was more than happy with everything, he didn’t know how to describe his emotions, his heart swelled up with warnth and he wanted to cry at the same time.

• Everyone was having a blast, there was music, party games, and laughter and good feeling all around.

• When it came time for gifts, He was more than pleased with everything. He thanked everybody for his gifts that immediately became so precious to him.

• You and Jihyun kept your gift for last, When Jumin tore open the wrapping paper, a huge smile spread across his face.

• He flipped through a couple of pages and silently read a letter to himself.

• His expression was overwhelmed with joy and love for you and V.

• He got up and wrapped you both in a warm embrace.

• Yoosung had brought out the red velvet cake Jaehee baked earlier (that was poorly decorated by Zen, Seven and Yoosung)

• Everyone sang him happy birthday and told him to blow out the candles and make a wish

• which proceeded a 2 minute explanation to why you blow out candles on birthdays

• and Honestly? He wished that he could have more moments like this with you and the RFA forever
