Important info:

- Nominations will be open until August 1 @ 8 pm ET

- you do not need to nominate in order to participate in the exchange but you can only request/offer what's in the tagset so make sure to submit if you want something specific!

If you are going to submit tags, the setup is a little wonky so I’ve added some explanation below!

Relationships and worldbuilding must also be submitted under the "character" submission in the following format:

Relationship: [characters]

Worldbuilding: [element]  

For instance:

Relationship: Eddis/Sophos

Relationship: Helen & Gen

Worldbuilding: Eddisian myths

Nominations are opening in less than a day!

This exchange is open to anyone with an AO3 account (if you don’t have one, you can request an invite here**) who wants to write a fic or make a piece of QT art. For more details on length, size, and logistics of the exchange, check out the FAQ linked at the bottom of this post.

Here is the timeline:

Character/relationship/worldbuilding nominations: July 25 through August 1 at 8 PM EDT

Signups: August 2 through August 9, closing at 8 PM EDT

Assignments sent out: August 11 at 8 PM EDT

Fanworks due: September 14 at 8 PM EDT

Fanworks revealed: September 21 at 8 PM EDT

Artists/authors revealed: September 28 at 8 PM EDT

** There is currently a waitlist of ~11 days for an AO3 account. If you’re worried about getting one in time, feel free to contact the mod on tumblr or via email (listed on AO3) as we may be able to find someone with an invite that can send it to you!

In KoA Costis mentions the attendants harassing the king by putting sand in his sheets. But when Gen tells Irene about the various tricks people have been playing on him, sand in the sheets is NOT one of them. Because that one doesn’t matter because he’s not sleeping in his own bed anyways

We don’t talk enough about how fanfiction writers love to give character large amounts of non-specific paperwork they hate doing
