Solos, in the devs words, aren’t healthy for the game. Most of the abilities, like like mirage and lifeline’s passives, would be completely useless in solos, not to mention people just ended up teaming anyway, when solos were in the game. They gave us a no fill, and I honestly think that’s the closest we’ll ever get to actual solos.

It’s very odd to me that Respawn Entertainment was willing to permanently add a 3 vs 3 mode in Apex Legends…but they still won’t put a solo mode in BR.

Bee water stations can also be really helpful to wasps, yeah! It makes it easier for them to collect water without the risk that comes with getting close to lakes, rivers, and creeks

Even Vespids (hornets, yellow jackets and paper wasps) mind their business if they don’t feel threatened. I’ve been able to observe nests of some of the most aggressive social wasps without incident because I was careful to avoid sudden movements and vibrations. These were wasps that have harsh reputations of being extremely quick to defend, and i can say, they were actually quit calm the entire time I watched them. The only time they got a little agitated was when another wasp landed on their nest envelope, which three or four worker promptly chased the offender away

Honestly though I’m having trouble gauging the seriousness and tone of your question??? But just in case this is 100% serious, Wasps are awesome. I’m not an expert on wasps so I’m not really qualified to talk about them at length, but be aware that they serve an important ecological role. 

People seem to hate wasps thanks to having or hearing about encounters with just a handful of species, but there are thousands upon thousands of wasp species around the world. Many don’t even sting!  The word “wasp” applies to a large variety of hymenopterans, not just yellow jackets and paper wasps.  Even those species that tend to sting people are important (and awesome).  The variety if wasps in my back yard alone is pretty mind blowing. (I have a soft spot for mud daubers!) 

And if you ask me theyre just really cool. I mean its not a competition, I love bees. But wasps are underrated. I think of them as like the raptors of insects. Awesome looking, badass, capable. The hate that wasps get is VASTLY overblown.  

Like. I’m not saying you can’t be afraid of wasps. I’m not even saying you have to like them. But this wasp vs bees stuff is beyond unnecessary, it could actually be harmful. Theres a lot to appreciate about wasps! Try thinking of them as bees cool cousin!  

People who know more about wasps than I do, feel free to weigh in! And no one be mean to the question asker!

I do think it's really funny that Caustic mains are mad cause *checks notes* they can no longer absolutely massacre entire squads by just the push of a button that resets every 2.5 minutes and *checks other notes* completely shut down and camp an entire area without actually, ya know, playing the game and fighting

Oh yeah, forgot to post this here but my sibling and I made a bug discovery yesterday: the sentinel has a spot for a hop up, and it'll even play a voice line if you ping that you need a hop up but no text will come up in the top corner

I’m pretty aggressive/usually the flank for my team. I main wraith but I’d also be willing to play lifeline, path or Bangalore, ive got 5.6k kills on wraith and 1.2k on bang if that’s any help

I just figured out why (maybe somebody else figured this out already idk but im excited)

It's not a lightning bolt at all. It's eihwaz.

Let me explain. There's been speculation over the years that Harry's scar looks more like a backwards Z than a lightning bolt because that's the wand movement for Avada Kedavra.

We know that the wand movements in spells tend to ~kinda~ correspond to what the spell does (i.e. ascendio being a loopy upward motion)

But I would be willing to bet that certain spells (like powerful curses) would want to pull on something more powerful than "wand motion for up spell is up". Solution: ancient runes as wand movements.

Anyone who's read the Harry Potter books probably remembers when Hermione starts taking Ancient Runes and she has a line about mixing up the runes "ehwaz" and "eihwaz" during her exam. Therefore, we know that Elder Futhark (Old Norse) runes are part of the Harry Potter canon, and are significant enough that there's an entire class dedicated to their study.

As anyone familiar with the runes knows, each of the runes has multiple meanings. Eihwaz's most literal translation is "yew tree" and it has a multitude of figurative meanings, the most notable being death.

Yep, you read that right. It makes sense, seeing as the yew tree has been associated with death for centuries, which I believe is why JKR picked that as Voldy's wand wood.

What better way to give a killing curse some more oomph than to make its wand movement literally mean die?

Here's the kicker. Eihwaz looks like this:

In conclusion: Harry never had a lightning bolt scar. The scar on his forehead is Voldemort's hastily air-drawn Eihwaz, which is the Ancient Rune for the killing curse.
