I think Stan had a bit of a shock after properly moving into gravity falls, I mean imagine going thru ur life only to one day discover that mythical beings exist and some are even sentient and able to converse with you.

Makes it worse for him by making him pretend to be Stanford in this fiddlestan au so he has to pretend like he’s so chill with the creatures he’s witnessing. Like “yeah fidds I always knew THE MOTHMAN was real ahahah so fun”

Couldn't make a full fic, but I'm picturing a scenario where, due to more time-travel shenanigans, the Mystery Twins and the Grunkles get stuck in the 1960s(and New Jersey). So they have to both figure out a way back, while also avoiding being seen by the OG Pines family.

Cut to a scene where Stan and Mabel almost bump into Filbrick, but hide last minute.
