Let’s be honest, even though Philza gave the butchers the compass that leads to Techno, this is Philza  we’re talking about he knows his son and that Techno could 100% take them all out.

Ya know, it’s kinda ironic: 

The Butcher gang wanted to remove Techno as a threat even though he was living peacefully and now Techno is a threat again. 

(There is also the problem of Quackity becoming power hungry but that’s for a different day :) )

Here’s Techno stressing out and he still says “I just want you to be safe Ghostbur!”
