âThis is already torture,â Jens groaned.
Lucas sighed, like he was already tired of hearing it. He probably was. It had been a long morning, and Jens wasnât even dressed yet. Well, not âproperlyâ. Lucas was currently helping him with that.
It was going swell.
âYou really canât do this yourself?â Lucas grunted, fumbling with another clasp on Jensâs jacket. At least he had two done, now.
âYes, because clearly itâs so easy.â When Lucas didnât respond beyond gritting his teeth, Jens decided now probably wasnât the time for jokes. âMaybe we should just leave it open.â
Lucasâs glare could have lit his whole village on fire.
âOr I can stop talking and let you get on with it.â
