There are two basic arguments for shutting the fuck up about cishets at Pride.

First: What if a trans kid asks their parents to show their support by attending Pride with them? What if a lesbian can only attend pride if she gets a ride from someone and the only person willing and able to drive her is her straight brother? What if a bi disabled person can't attend a large outdoor event without hands-on assistance from their straight partner? What if someone just wants to bring their fucking friends? What if, contrary to popular tumblr discourse, most queers don't inhabit perfectly pure social bubbles populated only by other queers?

Second and perhaps more important: If you think you can tell that someone is CIS, let alone HET, by LOOKING at them, you are a cop and an idiot.

Yes it's because he's not unique. Touya has blue fire that is what makes him unique and now he has ice meaning he has half and half but a better version than Shouto. I hate Touya and wished he never became a part of the Todoroki family because now because of him Shouto is forever ruined just because HK has decided to give special treatment to a vile murderer.

Even if you assume that Touya can learn use ice the way Shouto does (not sure yet), Shoto's body is still uniquely balanced, giving him incredible endurance and a very sustainable growth path for his quirk, which makes him unique. But power aside, what makes Shouto unique is his empathy, selflessness and kindness and I think the family continues to be in dire need of that kind of hero.

But yeah, if you try to read final war arc Shouto as a power fantasy character, it won't work. He was born as Endeavor's power fantasy character but he chose a different path for himself. That's what his arc is about.

And I guess, if you hate Touya, it's difficult to appreciate it. But at least, consider this: Shouto cares about Touya and the "win condition" he set for himself was to try to save his brother and to break away from the power framework Endeavor set out for them. It was never about proving that he's the better heir.
