“You can ask for another tutor.”

“I specifically asked for you!” She blurts our but covers her mouth as she stands. Her eyes pleading with him to stay. He could care less.

“Irene… You don’t need my help.”

He can hear the click of her tongue, annoyance settling in. By the time she says something else, he’s practically done packing his belongings as he grabs his phone and the book he couldn’t fit in his bag.

Since you lived in a small town, you were well known. You were considered popular around there. Due to your title, almost every guy in town wanted to have the honour of dating you.  The bets first started when you dared Yoongi, one of your closest friends, to date a girl who you overheard talking trash about you. It was revenge for you, and a new game for him. Easy. After that first spark, the entire gang got involved. The game now went around Hoseok, Yoongi, Jin, Namjoon, Jieun, Taeyeon and you.

You would spin a bottle to decide who would have to date the next victim and bet high stakes on it. You were fortunate to only have been picked twice, and having won both times. It’s not like any of you lost the bet anyway.

However, today was not your lucky day. The glass bottle spun furiously before landing firmly on you. You groaned loudly, waiting for the victim’s name. Your friends shared a glance before Hoseok spoke.

“See that kid over there?” He gestured to a boy sitting in one corner, alone with the other outcasts.

“Jeon Jungkook?” You asked, gaze fixed on the raven haired male.

“Yeah. He’s new here. The librarian’s son. He shouldn’t be too hard,” Jin grinned at you.

When you didn’t say anything, Jieun piped up.

“What, you scared or something?” She smirked at you.

“No, it’s just that he’s new, I don’t want to traumatize him or some shit.” You frown.

“Since when did you care?” Namjoon shot back.

You sighed. He had a point. “How much then?”

“1000. You know the drill, 7 days, next Monday you gotta finish him.” Yoongi said
