So, as July is upon us, my season suicidal thoughts and tendencies are back. I'm not bringing this up for any other reason than to ask for help.
Does anyone have any advice on how to not find yourself in these deep waters. It's only for a month, so I have a hard time asking for help cause I haven't been able to identify it before. So if anyone has any advice, or if you won't mind helping out, please reply or reblog or DM me.
