Near the beginning of it when it was already out of sync, it reminded of a scene from a Black Mirrors, where a lady lives in a world where everyone is judged by there star rating, but more specifically a scene where she's lost everything and you here the said sound play in the background. I was going to leave it at that, but I should add on that the sound from the video, to me at least quickly turned into a Nintendo power up sound right after, lol. The variety of sounds.
