I haven’t seen anyone calling him a satyr personally, but I can perfectly understand why it can make feel hurt. As a Slavic person, I always like seeing any Slavic mythology representation. And it made me really happy to see Leshy in Inscryption.
Also, regarding Slavic myths, a little thing that I think I found out. The clover that you can find in Act 1 is probably not a clover, but a “Raskovnik”. It’s a magical herb that can unlock or uncover anything that is locked or closed. It’s exact description differs from different regions. Where I live it is believed to be a fern flower, but in Bulgaria it is believed to look like a four-leaf clover.
P.S. It’s so great that you’re sticking to Slavic cannon. Keep drawing! Your art is amazing!!!! Sending positivity to you!

Hey, I've been seeing it tagged as such on a couple posts where people liked my design, and I really appreciate you like it, but please: The Leshy is a real Slavic spirit that my great grandmother used to tell me about and I do my design by what I know from them. Please, please don't call him, at least in my design, a satyr.
The Leshy is an ancient Slavic spirit that hunts through the woods and snow, picking up bones and bark of the old and dead to piece together a body for himself. Usually he has half-rotted legs from deer both in their honor and because they help him run to catch up with hunters faster.
I know a lot of others can make him a satyr, but I try to focus my design off my family's culture. Calling his appearance something that low and degrading in other mythology is really hurtful.
Sorry to make this out of the blue!! I just wanted to make sure it was said because it was bothering me a lot.
GameFuna Staff, passing by Kaycee while playing Leshy's game: GOOD LORD, WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THERE?!
Kaycee: Uh, FMV Cutscene?
GF Staff: A... FULL MOTION CUTSCENE?
GF Staff: In THIS part of the game?
GF Staff: At THIS stage of development?
GF Staff: Localised ENTIRELY within your copy?
Kaycee: Yes!
GF Staff: ...may I see it?
Kaycee: No.

Few Inscryption sketches. It was my first time drawing P03 for me. I’am not really good at drawing robots.
