Here's a list of some arty flash games that I like, so I can forget all about them for six months and then be like "What was that one game that I liked? You know, the arty one? Oh that's right, I made a list!"

One of the granddaddies of art games. "One Chance" borrowed a lot of its look and interface from this game.

Another game you can only play once. A somber look at the dangers of vigilantism and improperly constructed Boss levels.

Wordless and touching.

This one is aggravating as all hell, but in a really interesting way.

Record Store Day!
Record Store Day is coming up on Saturday, April 16! No Mountain Goats stuff, but Death Cab for Cutie are releasing a 7-inch called Atlantic Records Presents: Death Cab for Cutie In Living Stereo! that is said to contain "pieces of new tracks" off their upcoming album. Pieces of new tracks? Hmm. Also apparently they are going to livestream the filming of their new music video at 4 PM PST tomorrow, doing the whole thing in one take. Sounds like someone's going after OK Go-style pageviews!
Also ATTN: BRITTNEY. The Republic Tigers are putting out a 7-inch single of Merrymake It With Me/Whale Fight, if you care about tigers, whales, or merry-making.
I'm also interested in the single by Wild Flag, which is a band that has Carrie Brownstein and Janet Weiss and two other people who weren't in Sleater-Kinney in it. We'll see if I'm "wake up before noon on a Saturday" interested, though.
