It seems like Vanny was cut from Into the Pit

Unused code and various unused sound effects indicate that Vanessa/Vanny was originally the star of all the Into the Pit minigames before being changed to Fazbear Fright themed ones instead. From what can be gathered, you would play as Vanessa luring children to William Afton, who would kill them and cause Vanessa to have a mental breakdown. And turn into Vanny.

The Vanny sprite on the left is called "Vanessa_Creepy" while the ones on the middle and left are called some variant of "Whitetrabbit." It's unknown why the red shirt boy used in the final game to represent Greg from Fetch is called this. It's presumably just a mistake on the part of the developers.

There is also these unused text files of presumably William Afton or Glitchtrap pretending to be him calling her a good girl. This could tie into Vanessa saying she was supposed to be a good girl in Security Breach.
