Overthinkers
It is absolutely beautiful and wonderful to be an overthinker. Just as you probably overthink negativity you can also overthink positivity and creativity. Begin to use your power in a better way. When you begin to overthink say to yourself “I will not manifest that.” then think about something positive so you will not manifest negativity in your life. Is your overthinking ruining your relationship? Well, first you need a partner who you are compatible with and who is willing to work through it with you. Why are you with someone who refuses to work with you, leaves you guessing, and second guessing yourself? Please leave that relationship because it is not for you. In your relationships you need to compare and contrast let’s say your partner usually texts you at 1:00p.m. but they did not text you at that time. Do not panic. Don’t you take naps ? Don’t you feel like having alone time sometimes? Don’t you get tired from work? Don’t you misplace your phone or leave it somewhere? Think about these questions: Why is it okay for you to disappear but not for them? Why are you trying to manifest a situation that does not exist? Are you trying to manifest negativity on purpose? Stop. Put yourself in their shoes and relax your mind. Remember that we are humans who need alone time and should be busy with our daily routines. Do not make your relationship your lifeline so find hobbies and interests before and after your relationships. It might take a while to fix your overthinking but if you try to catch yourself everytime you begin to think negatively you can change your thought process and eventually negative thinking will disappear or be way less.
