It Has Been Said That The Most Important Thing That Satan Wants You To Believe Is That He Doesnt Exist.

It has been said that the most important thing that Satan wants you to believe is that he doesn’t exist. So far for most people (maybe even you?) he’s doing a great job!
Think about it. If you don’t believe that there is a devil or satan, then therefore there is no hell, and if there is no hell then you have nothing to worry about, right? Because when you die (and we all WILL die) you naturally believe one of two things. Either 'it’s simply over' and you cease to exist. That is, it’ll just be like going to sleep and having no dreams and never waking up. Either that or everyone auto-magically goes to some sort of Nirvana of peace and love.
On the other hand if there IS a SATAN then logically there also must be a HELL which also implies that perhaps certain people could wind up there (!?)
This presents anyone that thinks about this for at least two seconds with a serious question…IF there is a Satan, and IF there is a Heaven and Hell, what does that mean for you? And that is the question presented to you as you read this.
Friend, here is the bottom line — and you can either believe this or dismiss it as religious superstition. Satan is real, and he’s got you in his cross hairs. But here is the good news of the Gospel in a nutshell:
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth The Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 10:9
Is Satan real, or is that a LIE? You decide...Then What Will You Do About It?

I must admit sometimes I may not be the best listener, especially when my husband is talking to me about something he considers important for me to understand.
That’s why hearing is one thing, listening with a heart of love is another.
A good conversation starts by paying attention with a ”listening” ear, not just by hearing words, but by taking effort on your part to understand and read between the lines.
Some people do not know how to express all they are feeling or thinking and that is when a trained ear by the Holy Spirit can hear more than what is being said. The Holy Spirit is our Counselor and He will help you pay close attention.
In today’s scripture we first and foremost must be swift to hear and to do our best to understand without talking over a person. It is important to comprehend what he or she is relating or feeling, otherwise they may feel you are not interested in what they are saying.
Secondly we need to be slow to speak and slow to anger. Are you guilty of this part? If we would follow God’ word on this issue, there would be less arguments and misunderstandings. The Lord is calling us to stop, think and pray before we speak. Jesus didn’t give us a reactionary heart to cause dissension with other. On the contrary, He gave us a heart of love and as Christians we must be aware of that fact when talking to others.
So, if you have times when you realize you are drifting away somewhere when you should be listening and paying close attention, ask the Holy Spirit to 'prick' your ears to hear with an open heart so that you might be totally engaged with the other person and contribute in your conversation. The other person will appreciate that you value what they have to say.
Remember, Silent and listen have the same letters, so stay silent so you can listen.

Do you know anyone famous who was born on your birthday?
The famous actor John Wayne was born on May 26, 1907 and died June 11, 1979. Everyone has lived through a June 11th and through all the other the 364 days in the year. One of those days is the day you were born, and the other is the day you will die, but which day is it? Have you ever thought that you have lived through that day many, many, times and never knew it?
So we all have two very important days; the day that we arrive in this life, and the day that we depart from this life. The most important question is; what happens after that second date? Do you know?? If you do not or are unsure, READ ON...
Here is the thing...you have to make a decision about some key important beliefs. For example, do you believe that God Almighty - the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob - sent Jesus Christ to die for your sins, and that believing and accepting of what he did will save your soul?
That’s it...the ball is in your court! You have 100% freedom to either reject or accept Christ. Now when that day of the year comes around and your time on earth expires, are you ready to accept your eternal fate? Don’t just think about it - ACT!
That calendar day will come...(someday). Please be ready and do not delay.
Make that decision TODAY, because the day you ASSUME will happen tomorrow may never come, and as Hebrews 9:27 urgenly concludes and warns all says:
“Then Cometh THE JUDGEMENT”

There are three types of laws in the world:
► Physical Law (like gravity and motion), ► Legal Law (by authorities such as police or government) ► Spiritual Law (defined by God.)

For example, if someone jumps off a cliff, the law of gravity would be applied to a painful end. The consequence here would be immediate.
A driver breaking traffic law by driving recklessly as intoxicated or running a red light could hurt you or others, and there would be legal and possibly physical consequences. If the person at fault were to escape the scene, the consequence here may be delayed.
Spiritual Law is the most important of the three laws, but sadly is all too often shown the smallest respect. Why? Because unlike Physical or Legal Law, these types of transgressions can and often are hidden in secret or within the mind and heart. As a result, it is easy to think that since “no one is looking” that there is no consequence because if you are not caught, then 'logically' where is the crime? But the Bible tells us clearly that there is a consequence for all of our actions, whether they are done in public or in secret...“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” 2 Corinthians 5:10
My friend, do not make the mistake that if you do something in secret or do not get caught that you are “safe!!” There is a Day of Judgement and everything “Hidden in Secret” will be clearly known (Mark 4:22) and that consequence will be certain and conclusive! Therefore, run towards and obey God and not ourselves because “True safety is in the LORD.” (Proverbs 18:10)

Nothing could have been more difficult than the assignment Jesus was given to him by the Father to die on the cross the most horrible of all deaths. As he was praying in the garden of Gethsemane, he was literally sweating blood and overcome with the suffering that was soon to come, and in his humanity said:
“Remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.” Luke 22:42
On top of all that, he was betrayed by one of his own, arrested, unfairly tried, cruelly beaten, deserted by His disciples, and died a humiliating criminal’s death on a cross. Yet despite all this, it was doing GOD’S WILL and NOT his own that was paramount.
No one but the Son of God could do such a thing, but there are times like Jesus faced when we also must make the difficult choice to put aside our own wishes and submit to God’s will.
God’s way is not always the easy path, but it is always the right one.
Friend, when you are facing a difficult decision, turn to your heavenly Father and ask for His divine guidance and direction. Listen closely to His still small voice inside your heart and always do HIS WILL, and in the final outcome You Will ALWAYS Be Glad You Did.

Looking at the growing chaos happening in the world, we have to ask ourselves, 'Where does such chaos come from?' and today’s verse from Micah 2:1 gives the answer to this and draws an import distinction between SIN and INIQUITY.
While we all sin, the difference between the two is this:
SIN in is -Not- Inquity, but All INIQUITY -Is- Sin.
Iniquity is not just doing wrong, but in expressly executing evil. The Apostle Paul describes these as people that reject any acknowledgement of God, have depraved minds, and are filled with every kind of wickedness and malicious behavior. He concludes in Romans 1:32 saying that those that act this way not only celebrate these things, but approve of others that also do such things.
As today’s scripture reference says depraved evil is preceded by deliberate planning. Those that work iniquity meditate on it in the darkness of night, then put it into action. 911 was an example of a once unthinkable thought of crashing jets into buildings. Such imaginations are inconceivable for a moral mind, but an expected outcome from a mind of iniquity.
Jesus said the end result of this iniquity will be a time of great tribulation “..that hasn’t taken place from the beginning of the world until now - and never will again.” The only safety from the coming breakdown and anarchy in the world is in the salvation God offers to all who repent of their SIN and believe on Christ.
Friend, the signs are all around us. The end of life as we have known it is coming rapidly to an end. Seek God and believe this word:
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1
