I did make those cheese chips, but forgot to take a photo before devouring all of them. Most recipes I found recommend hard cheeses, but I had a perfectly fine piece of Gouda wasting away so I used that. They weren't as crunchy as I had hoped for and were super salty, but they did satisfy my cravings all the same. Would recommend. 10/10

Do you recon I could somehow make chips out of meat or cheese or something salty and crunchy and low in carbs? I'm craving crisps, but I gotta stick to my diet. Thanks in advance for the answer.

Hey that’s an interesting question!

Cheese crisps are a thing, sprinkle a small handful of your favourite real cheese (no plastic cheese it doesn’t work) and either bake or pan fry till crispy, the oil cooks out and caramelises the dairy solids to be like a chip. With beef meat the closest you’ll get is either crispy prosciutto or similar or a extra dry jerky. Slice beef thin and marinade and cook in a super low and slow over till crisp.
