Prologue - Part One.2

I know nothing of what the player's characters are or how they act, please give me some tips cause I'm just guessing based on foggy memory. Na'vi is in bold.

"Hey, hey..." Kiri quietly spoke, remembering her mother's videos and seeing if English would work on the supposed human. She slowly held her hands out to show she isn't a threat, her steps were expertly gentle against the soft ground making little to no noise. The child before the Na'vi siblings seemed to have their eyes trained on her, only moving to snap their head towards her siblings whenever anybody moved too suddenly.

"Neteyam, where are you and your siblings?" Jake's voice rang from the intercom, said Na'vi boy jumped in shock. The child whimpered and Kiri snapped her head back to glare in annoyance at Neteyam, who slowly backed away. Once far enough away to see them but not be heard, he moved his hand to the device on his neck and answered his father.

"We found something weird, we think it's a sky person. They look young and scared, what should we do?" Even if they weren't visible, Neteyam knew his parents well enough to tell Neytiri and Jake were discussing what to do.

"Get to Hell's gate their oxygen mask might run out soon, how many of you are there and how far away are you from home?" Jake instructed, clearly suspicious but still compassionate enough to worry for the child's safety.

"Lo'ak, Kiri and Tuk are here, we're only a few minutes away from Hell's Gate, dad-." Neteyam sucked in a breath, nervousness overtaking him. "They don't have a mask on, well, they do? It's not what they usually look like." With the limited noise his siblings were making a silent conversation was evident.

"Be as fast as you can, me and your mother are on our way." Jake ordered.

"Yes sir." Neteyam nodded, looking back behind the tree to see Lo'ak in the place he previously was, having not moved and already heard everything from the intercom. Tuk now right behind Kiri who was right next to the child, holding out her hand as a sign of friendship and mutual trust.

"Come with us?" She whispered, putting her hands towards her, her siblings and then the forest. The child looked around at the Na'vi before them and held out their own small hand that was enveloped by Kiri's.

She slowly stood up, bringing the the child up with them and catching them when they seemed to be wobbly on their feet, stumbling and letting go of her hand to cling onto Kiri's leg like a lifeline. Tuk smiled showing her sharp fangs, her innocent eyes bore into the child's as she approached them, since English seemed to work, she tried her best to remember the few times she payed attention to any English her father or siblings taught her.

"Tuk I am!" She pointed to herself, then to the child. "You are?" The child looked confused, pointing to themself and making awkward cooing noises. "They can't talk?" Tuk look up at Kiri who shrugged, gently pulling the child along as they clung to her leg.

"We need to get to Hell's Gate, dad and mom are already on their way." Lo'ak whispered to Kiri who nodded, changing the direction of walking to go towards the desired location. The creature cooed and switched walking with them all, Tuk skipped happily along next to them and grabbed Lo'ak's hand on her right and Neteyam on her left, both of which rolled their eyes and laughed.

The child's eyes were wide in adoration for the flora around them, shuffled steps and a sharp gaze observed the bioluminescant forest. Childish giggles came from Tuk as she noticed the creature almost lagging behind to stare at everything, jumping around as her older brothers smiled at the adorable sight. The walk wasn't too far, but the inexperienced at living child was letting out heavy breaths as they tightened their hold on Kiri with a whine. All siblings shared worried glances.

"Are you okay?" She tilted her head in confusion as the child tip toed, holding their arms out and doing a grabby motion with their hands. She 'oh'd!' with understanding. Wrapping her arms around the child and lifting them so their head was gently resting on her shoulder, their legs wrapped around her waist so they wouldn't fall off.

Kiri began lightly jogging to catch up with her siblings that were now a few meters ahead. Once they reached Hell's each of them slowed their pace upon hearing an argument.

"What if they are a spy?! First that demon's child and now this? You are endangering our children." Neytiri harshly spoke, glaring holes into Jake as he gently squeezed her hand.

"You took a chance with me, I was human once but you taught me. Now we have this family and I have you." He gently whispered, moving his hands to her shoulders and putting his forehead gently against hers. Neytiri sucked in a breath, before she could properly respond Tuk yanked her older brothers hands and dragged them over. Both almost stumbling over and letting go of her hands in shock.

"Mama! Look! Look!" She excitedly pointed to the child Kiri held protectively in her arms that seemed to have fallen asleep, the motions of walking lulling them into a silent peaceful state. Neytiri snapped her eyes over to Jake who began walking towards the young one, confusion evident from his face to his body language.

This is rlly short cause I'll probably edit it anyway.

The suit in of itself was so hard to think of but I kinda like it? Needs work but it's alright.

Ehhh I didn't have an idea for the every day outfit so it's sort of something random, it looks more like pyjamas or beachwear, but I'm still satisfied.

I was gonna give them the lil clicky things but decided against it because I already can't draw and didn't want to mess it up further

As their species is naturally spider-like they didn't need to be bit and have built in web shooters

They don't like nature much and prefer technology because of how technology based their planet is.

They're terrified of spiders.

Food isn't too favourable on their planet, so they appreciate foods and drink with diversity in flavours and texture.

Their favourite drink is traditional bubble tea, and their favourite food is pepperoni pizza.

Their species have both reproductive male and female reproduction organs, they don't understand or identify with the human gender or sexuality spectrum because of how culture and biology differ between species.

Of course! In this one shot, Alex has just arrived in town and the reader, a friend from the past, reunites with her and they put on music to dance around. Cause that stuff is cute

Tell me if you want anything changed, I haven't played the game since it was released, so I apologise if I've gotten something wrong here!

You glanced around the tavern which Gabe had previously told you about, opening the doors had greeted you with a one or two people at a few separate tables, barely enough to be considered busy or full. The bartender smiled and greeted you towards him.

"You're new here, I'm guessing you're Alex and Gabes friend? They're in their apartment, chatting, since you're clearly searching for them." He pointed you to the direction of the stairs, you stepped your way toward the stairs, anxiousness setting in.

You were so nervous, you held a fondness on Alex, for all the years you've known her, you couldn't get over the musician. And the thought of finally seeing her again? It filled you with so much joy. Determination, more like, to see her again, to rekindle your friendship.

You noticed that the closer you got to the top, a faint music got louder.

You finally reached the top, stepping into the apartment without warning, and making sure to close the door behind yourself. You had immediately noticed Alex and Gabe dancing to the music, once faint and now the loudest you were sure a speaker could go. After a few moments, Alex opened her eyes right when facing you in an air guiatr move, her furrowed brows, open mouth, and dancing quickly changed into a shocked expression.

It took her a few moments just to fully register what she was seeing, Alex's face was now a relieved, and almost familiar one. You two stared for a few more agonisingly slow seconds, fully taking the sight in after being separated for so long.

"(F/N), you made it!" Gabe spoke, noticing you after seeing Alex had gone still, butting in on your staring session.

Suddenly, a knock was heard from the door you'd previously closed. Alex looked awkwardly between you, Gabe, then the door, an unspoken conversation happening between her and her brother. Gabe pointed to the door.

"I'll... Uhh, go get that?" He changed his point to a thumbs up directed toward his sister and began walking toward the door to answer it. A few words were spoke before footsteps heading down the stairs started. Gabe and the mystery person took whatever was happening downstairs.

Alex turned to me.

"So... Uhm. You're here?" She smiled, swinging her hands forward and back, before realising how that could've sounded, and she quickly put her hands down, adding-

"I'm happy! That you're here, I've... I've missed you. A lot." You smiled happily at her words. Alex seemed to relax at your smile.

"What're you listening to?" You asked, the music which was blaring previously having changed by now. A new, more punk style song played.

"Oh! Right, just uh, listening to some music I like. Wanna 'jam out' with me?" She joked, doing jazz hands and expecting you to have something better to do, or to just deny it. But, instead of any of that, you walked closer and let out a small laugh, taking in Alex's offer seriously.

"Hell yeah! Let's jam!" You looked toward her hands, holding your own out. She grasped yours with only a moments hesitation, you pulled her toward you, moving along with the music in a clumsy and awkwardly fun way.

Alex's moves were slower and relied mostly on you to guide her, her awkwardness causing some missteps or stepping on your shoes. The wild moves you were doing may or may not be causing some damage to your shoes and feet, but so what? It was fun, and Alex was loosening up, making her own moved and letting go of your hands.

Halfway through, you held each others hands again, and felt yourself trip over each other almost a second later, stumbling around before falling on the floor. You laughed, feeling happy tears well in your eyes, both of you were unharmed from the fall, but Alex struggled getting up for a moment. Dizzy from the constant and excitable movement, wobbling and falling onto you again.

You both continued to shriek of laughter, her movements became more free when you both managed to stand. Her laughs were less shy, she finally spoke to you some more, telling you what had happened over her life while you were gone. And even if Alex became contained as she moved and danced along with you. Both of your movements slowed so she could explain everything better. It wasn't a long explanation, as she left out the bad parts.

But, even if Alex wasn't exposing her sensitive side, she was still feeling more open here than she ever had in her life. Both of you never wanting this wonderful moment to end, and feeling the most overjoyed either of you had ever felt in your entire lives.

Hester X Gender Neutral ! Reader Headcanons

I imagine she'd be a good listener, but may not even let you know she's listening, you talk or maybe don't even talk and just portray behaviour that tells her all she needs to know, yet you most likely won't understand that she's writing everything down in her head.

She isn't a good gift gifter, Hester may give you a dead animal here and there, a spell to cast on your enemies, maybe if you're lucky something handcrafted, like a necklace or bracelet, but it'll probably be made of bones or twigs. It won't be comfortable to wear, but the thought counts, right?

You'll probably think she hates you at first, Hester, especially if you're at the top of your class and a Never, is cruel and unrelenting with her rudeness. Pushing you, playing pranks, cursing you, all slightly harmless, yet still most likely to leave you bruised or crying in some way. She genuinely doesn't mean harm, well, she does, but she believes it'll impress you.

If you're an Ever, she definitely does understand you may not like her, and tries hard to lessen her cruelty, but it's part of her nature. She wants to show herself to you, to let you love her as herself, not as a soft Ever.

The dream was lovely, a bright yet comforting meadow, birds chirped happily and flew around me. I smile, the soft grass and breeze makes me sigh, laying my head down to the grass I close my eyes. Something makes me itch, I look down to see some kind of bug, 'no matter' I think, and simply go to gently push it off, but then it bites.

If you're a victim of bullying, especially if you're an ever, she has a 'toughen up' attitude, and although it shows she cares it's rather harsh. Hester will teach you never spells that you've never heard of because of how horrific they are, even if you're a never, a harsh and deadly one, she teaches you things even you'd be hesitant on casting. Specifically to use on your bullies, or as she phrases it, your 'enemies'.

Hester doesn't share anything, food, clothes, spell books... Not until you give her incentive to.

You mention you haven't eaten today? Have some food that's been in her pocket for a week, probably stale, but she insists since you've been loudly complaining for so long, you made one random comment under your breath you didn't think she'd even hear, you may as well.

You got put in the doom room so your clothes got torn, or are you wearing something too hot or cold, or maybe it's not fitting you? Have a spare top, trousers, or dress that she can modify with spells to fit you in, she has ones that are for colder weather, ones that are hotter weather, and complains that you look too miserable and are annoyingly complaining to her otherwise. Regardless on if you do either.

You're behind on classes? A spell book she has 'lying around', if you're an ever, you may be wondering how Hester managed to get an ever spell book, to which she tells you to shut up and just take the damn thing.

Extra scene I thought of!

(There's some bugs)

I yelped in pain, it didn't feel like any normal bug I'd been bitten by before. In my momentary panic I smack it by accident, screaming in shock when more burst out, hundreds of bugs crawling and biting my leg all over. My head begins to ache and I hear voices all around me, small hands shaking my shoulders.

My eyes snap open to see one of my roommates, rushing me out of the room with everybody else in tow, all of them try to help me, smacking the bugs off and screaming as they also get bit. I drowsily look around, noticing a dark figure behind a corner, the second they see me looking, they go back behind the wall and walk away. They looked like a Never.

Unknown to you, Hester feels a small smile on her lips, less like a smile, more like a demented smirk. She cackles a little, your screams were like music to her, there's no way you don't love her now! This is how her mother's coven sister impressed her one, you would have to be in love with her, you're an Ever, you'd fall for anybody.
