So I got an interesting comment on my “hard pills to swallow” post saying that viewing mlm relationships as “yaoi” and some sort of guilty pleasure or kink is homophobic and harmful.

I mean, okay. Nothing entirely new for me. I usually don’t get it here though. I do got to point out that fetishizing gay men isn’t helping but that’s a post for another time. I took a scroll through their account. I was not very surprised by what I found.

I usually do not even react to hate directed at me. Just a simple delete will do unless I can somehow spin it into a joke. But this isn’t only to me. The F slur is against my entire community. That “let them die” joke was against an entire country.
