I love getting achievements in Overwatch without even trying to get them in the first place

How did I manage to get the E-Girl pack?

I thought I'd make a little "guide" as in to give others an example on what I did to spend APs to reach the final goal of 4k.

First, keep in mind that I had around 2.2k AP saved and around 300+ gems saved as well starting this!

I hadn't played Episode 7 yet so that's where I started. Since you have to wait 15 minutes at some point during the episode, I took the chance to go to the wardrobe and buy the pink/black variants of one of the new outfits.

Once I was done with the episode, I don't remember how much exactly I had left but it was something around 500 AP? I used some of it to buy some more different colors of the other outfit we get in Ep. 7 since I paid those 150 hearts to unlock it in the closet.

I also did spend 150 gems at some point to get 750 APs, that might've been at the beginning of ep 7, which means I had around 3k starting

At that point I managed to unlock Taki's costume and the room, but I was still missing around 600 APs to spend

I probably should've done this before spending more APs in the closet, but I ended up deciding to do a replay of episode 2 since the only other outfit I was missing from episodes was unlockable there (I didn't know back then that we could unlock outfits at the end of each episode,,)

Since I clearly didn't have enough AP to complete the episode, I ended up caving in and buying 500 gems to then spend 400 to buy 2,200 APs

Another thing, by half of the episode I had already reached the goal, so I didn't really need to finish the episode right away but I didn't like the idea of leaving it half way through

I definitely could've reached the 4k goal in the following days as well, but keep in mind that I'm impatient and stupid so yeah (That's literally the only extra thing I allowed myself to spend on this month, might've been stupid again but I could afford it this time doesn't mean I should've but I'm working on it,,)

Overall what I recommend everyone to do is:

If you played episode 7 already, then wait until episode 8 is out. If you don't have access to all the past outfits from episodes then I suggest you do a replay of one of those episodes to round up and to wait to spend AP in the closet until you don't have anything else to do

I also suggest in spending to get room decor if you don't have many since it can be helpful for the style contests

Also please! Keep participating in the style contests even though they're unfair sometimes because even the smallest amount of AP you can get is better than nothing!!

For me, the only episode that made sense to replay was ep. 2, because I have everything from the other ones and was missing the outfit for Amanda/Thomas (I'm also missing 2 more Taki costumes that I'll eventually unlock in future replays if needed)

Once you reach the 4k goal you unlock the E-Girl pack outfit in the closet in it's main color, you can't pick and choose singularly like in bought packs. (It's more like the pre-registration gifts and the beach themed outfit gift: everyone got the main color and then had the choice to buy different colors or not)

The prices for each piece of the E-Girl pack are cheaper than bought packs.

If we consider episode outfits "cheap", and bought packs "expensive", then the prices of this one is somewhat in the middle
